不需要放在哪，每次启动的时候在启动器上找到Java文件就行
Java其实放在哪里是无所谓的，只要启动器找到就行。例如：你的Java(jre/jdk)放在的F盘根目录下的java文件夹里，那么你打开这个java文件夹，里面会有bin lib 等文件。然后打开启动器：若启动器提示未找到Java，要求你下载Java，那你就右键&我的电脑&(或&此电脑等&)，接着打开属性&高级系统设置&环境变量,然就就自己查如何配置各个版本Java 的环境变量(有点长，就自己百度吧)若启动器正常打开，就点设置，自行选择Java路径(如:E:\jre8\bin\java或E:\jre8\bin\javaw)若Java安装在默认位置，直接启动就好，启动器自己找得到Java

i just tried dragonet on my server, it doesn't seem to work, for the udp i used 0.0.0.0:19132
and for the remote ip i used 127.0.0.1:25565

You have to specifie the server you wanna connect to in the confg file's remote_ip and remote_port part.
