12月24号接了一个订单从金桥到闵行的
到达收货地后客户要求帮他免费或者给10元钱送上5楼我没有同意也没有收取客户钱
客户把我投诉了之后我跟客户协商解决了他撤诉了
过了将近1个月我突然被永久封号了
说这个客户投诉我服务态度恶劣
货拉拉就直接把我又给这个我号封永久了我就又和客户联系
客户就去撤诉
开始客服说1到3个工作日就能解封
现在都1个礼拜了还是永久封号
我打电话给客服
问到底需要多久账号能解封
客服一直不给准确意见客服一直说有人在跟进不知道什么时候能出结果
一直让我等待
我专职的 跑货运的
希望能帮我了解下账号什么时候能解封？
