代叔仓配：酒企4方面可省仓配成本33%以上

仓库和物流成本，一向都是企业最为头疼的板块。代叔仓配深耕仓储物流行业11年，拥有超过10万平方米的红酒恒温仓配基地。其总结出了4条建议供红酒企业参考，或许能让企业节省33%以上的仓配成本。
第一，转换仓库租赁方式。
当下大部分的红酒商，都不会再自建仓库，而是转向租赁。因而租金是每个企业每月重大的开支。
当下，以广州白云区的仓储租金为例，普通仓库在25元/平方米/月左右。一般最少起租80-100㎡。月支出在。
但是，红酒是个十分娇贵的东西，常温仓库远远达不到红酒的储存标准。因为都需要恒温设备。作为最基本的配置，6匹的空调刚好够用。全天开动，恒温变频，每个月的仓库用电大约在度。按2元每度电计算，每月电费在元。电费加租金，每月成本在9000元-10500元。当然，你可以用专业的制冷设备而不是耗电高的空调。但是我想这个成本一般人是舍不得的。这还不算上你需要加装隔热保温遮光材料的费用。
假如，你租的是现成的恒温仓库，还是租80-100平方米，广州白云区的普遍租金为45元/㎡/月上下，租金，电费每月大约元，每个月租金成本也在元。似乎便宜了不少。
有没有更经济的方式呢？当然！
现如今，大量第三方仓储企业都开展了一托盘起租的恒温仓业务，还是按天计租。对于企业来说，就能随时调整租仓面积以及租赁时间。而当下一托盘（1M*1.2M）的租赁价格一般仅为100元/月。依然按照大约80-100平方的租用面积计算，成本大约元。
是不是没有感觉便宜在哪里？
如果是租赁独立的仓库，那是得算公摊面积的，因此100平方米的仓库，使用面积仅仅是70-90平方米。而按托盘出租的，那是实实在在的。
另外我们假设，你时刻都有出库，是不是经常留下空置的仓库场地？那这些场地的租金就是浪费的。据代叔的统计，红酒企业独立仓库满仓率连70%不到。也就是说每个月有30%以上的租金是白交的，而房东是不可能给你免去这部分租金的。
还有一种情况。当你因为某种原因，需要临时周转而短期租仓，或者长租仓库因为某种原因需要提前退租。那你就不得不承担房东们高额的临租费或者押金罚款。
这些情况计算下来，你是不是就可以节省至少10%的租金成本？
第二，设备能租就不要买。
众所周知，固定资产一般都是企业沉重的负担。特别是一些不可缺少，却是使用频次特别低的仓储设备。
如果自建仓库，除了地块和建筑的费用，还会有大量的硬件设备，会需要大量的资金投入。消防方面的如消防沙池、高压消防栓、烟雾感应、高温感应、干粉灭火器、防毒面具和红外视频监控，还有托盘、货架等基础设施，占大头的还有自动升降装卸平台、燃油重型叉车、电动搬运叉车、手动叉车等。当下市价，每辆机动叉车至少4万元/太起，人力叉车在5000元/台起。这可是不小的投入。
如果是租用，情况就大大不一样了。每次极低的成本，避免了一次性的投入成本和维护成本。而目前大部分第三方仓储企业，都是免费或者收取少量租金提供给客户使用的。这个部分至少省去5%的费用，还大大降低了资金压滞率。
第三，仓库管理工作尽可能外包。
目前广州仓管人均工资在元之间。加上办公经费、社保、福利等，企业人均用人成本在元/月。
这还不算招聘成本。一般仓库都地处偏僻，工作条件差，招聘十分困难。想要招聘一个熟手的更加难。招聘到了，还需要耗费时间精力进行培训和管理。在如今跳槽成风的年代，还极有可能连个招呼都不提前打，就辞职了。作为做红酒贸易或者做其他贸易的，都是十分的头疼。
正因为如此，第三方仓储企业很多都提供了仓库托管的业务，培养专门的人才帮助客户处理订单、分拣、装卸、打包、多产品组合、贴标签以及打托盘服务等仓库管理工作。这些外包仓管员一般都有规范的流程化作业指导，而且每天接触大量的订单，熟练度也是远高于企业自有仓管，大大降低了失误。
因为相对企业自聘请的仓库管理员，外包仓管因为效率高，同时可服务更多客户使得工作饱和，因此分摊到每个企业客户的成本其实并不高，对客户的收费自然一般不会比客户自聘请的仓管费用高。
相对于物流外包的盛行，企业仓管的外包显然普及率并不是很大。主要其实还是由于担心外包出去不专业不用心。
但近年来，已有部分第三方仓配企业引进或者自主研发了OMS订单管理系统和WMS仓库管理系统等，客户可以通过PC端或者移动端在线办理入仓、出仓，实时监控工作情况、查看库存信息以及物流动态。大大提高了效率，还免除了企业很多的麻烦，也消除了很多企业的担心。如果企业进行仓管外包，这一项又可以节约10%的成本。
第四，利用第三方物流的资源整合能力。
一般红酒贸易企业在业务体量还不是非常大的时候，都不足以和顺丰、申通、德邦、城市之星这类的大型快递物流公司以及各大国内物流专线进行价格谈判。尽管有部分在价格上有让步，但是因为量少而优惠不多，沟通起来还特别麻烦。特别是对于需要全国发货的企业来说，全国无数的物流专线，要寻找这么多靠谱的公司谈判，并且管理好这些线路，实在费心费力。
而对于第三方物流公司来说，这就完全不是什么问题。只需要与他们签订长期业务合作关系，代发物流、快递到全国各地，效率将大大提高，费用也会大幅度的下降。
而对于部分仓配一体化的第三方服务商，因为资源整合的优势，你已经租赁了其仓库，进而将物流都交由其操作，免除了其的新客户推广销售费用，其还可以为你让利。综合计算起来，在整个物流环节，可降低8%以上。
综上所述，如果四个方面都下足功夫，找到靠谱的合作方，那么企业的仓储和配送成本，将能大幅度的下降。
