（一）服务条款鑫晟恒亿科技自行研发的实感模拟射击系统（含最新引进的韩国原装进口iks实感模拟射击系统）、军警影像激光射击训练系统以及外购的设备，我们除保证方案中提供的所有设备符合客户要求之外，还对全部系统设备提供保修服务。我们将按照设备厂商提供的标准免费保修服务条款对系统项目中的设备实施一年免费保修服务。投影机保修期限为：整机免费保修一年、投影机灯泡3个月免费更换。在免费的保修期结束之后， 鑫晟恒亿科技可以为方案中建议的全部设备以优惠的价格提供延长的保修服务。客户方如果需要延长的保修服务，可以与鑫晟恒亿科技签订保修服务合同或在订货合同中规定需买方付费的保修服务条款。（二）保修方式保修的基本方式有以下2种，在实际的保修过程中，可以同时采用或分别、单独采用：（1）通过厂商的保修服务实现保修。（2）通过鑫晟恒亿科技的设备备件库暂时替换故障设备。待故障设备修复后，鑫晟恒亿科技收回备件。鑫晟恒亿科技将负责协调并监督整个保修过程，确保保修的质量和返修时间满足要求。（三）服务等级与服务响应时间1、服务等级特级服务：公司总经理、客户服务部经理、工程部经理及相关工程师到场，排除故障后工程师方可离场。针对关键设备故障及系统严重问题，如投影机不工作或整个系统因不明原因瘫痪等。一级服务：工程部经理及相关工程师到场，排除故障后观察1个工作日内工程师方可离场。针对可能引起系统严重故障的问题，如投影机出现问题。 二级服务：工程部经理及相关工程师到场，排除故障后即可离场。针对除系统核心设备以外的设备故障，如投影机故障等。三级服务：相关工程师到场，解决问题后即可离开。针对不影响系统正常运行的小问题和一般的技术问题。2、服务响应时间服务响应时间12小时，公司将在接到客户故障告警电话后12小时内到达现场。北京鑫晟恒亿模拟射击设备厂家感谢您的支持和信任，我们将竭诚为您服务。
