　　面对PlayStation 4 咄咄逼人的态势，Xbox One 把宝都压在了于今天发售的《光环 5：守护者》上。
　　提到《光环》，稍微玩过游戏的玩家都知道这款大作（或者你熟悉的是它的另外一个译名《光晕》）。这款诞生于2001 年第一人称射击游戏是最有影响力的射击类游戏之一。它塑造了一个非常丰富多样的武器系统，建立了一个宏大雄伟的世界观，并第一次将射击游戏带到了家用游戏主机上。
　　刚刚发行的《光环5》，国外知名游戏媒体IGN 给出了9 分的高分（满分10 分），对其的评价是自《光环2》以来的最好《光环》系列作品。《光环2》奠定了后世多人射击模式的基础，而《光环5》最受玩家欢迎的也正是多人射击模式。
　　在《光环5》里，战役任务是需要全程合作的，你和你的三名队友们互相配合，火力交织没有死角，并且在危机时刻还可以互相治疗。同时在硬件技术上，服务器和游戏的优化让基于网络的多人模式运行十分流畅。当然，如果你没有朋友和你一起玩，游戏里的AI 会在单人战役里填补小队的空缺。
　　除此之外，剧情、游戏画面都受到了玩家的一致好评。这是 343 Industries 接手这部游戏原来开发者Bungie 的第二部续作。比起上部不是特别受人待见的《光环 4：最后一战》，《光环5》的成功终于让 343 Industries 松了一口气。
　　和另一款射击大作《使命召唤》相比，《光环》更加偏科幻风格
　　同样松了一口气的还有微软。《光环5》的好评，可以让微软在将来的圣诞购物季里卖出更多的Xbox One，来和PlayStation 4 一较高下了。
　　《光环》游戏系列几乎可以算是 Xbox 系列的救命恩人。在2002 年微软刚刚迈入家用电子游戏机市场的时候，手上根本没有什么拿得出手的游戏。幸运的是，微软在两年前通过收购Bungie ，使得《光环》成为Xbox 上独占。《光环》尤其是《光环2》的热销，极大地带动了Xbox 的销量。
　　如今，微软面临着Xbox One 的销售困境。根据微软的财报，上个季度 Xbox 硬件的销量较去年同期下降了17%，所幸游戏软件销量因为Minecraft 登陆Xbox 平台有所上升。在接下来的时间里，微软需要另一款大作来保持Xbox 对玩家的吸引力，并扛住PlayStation 4 世界范围降价所带来的竞争优势。
　　《光环5》就成了这样一款作品，这至少能保证在接下来一个阶段Xbox 的销售相对竞争对手处于领先地位。未来30 天之内，这款游戏只会在Xbox 平台上出现。
　　此前，有传言这款游戏会登陆PC 平台，不过随后遭到了Xbox 市场部负责人和 343 Industries 的否认：“目前这款游戏是专为Xbox 制作的。”在没有给Xbox 的硬件销售带来好处之前，想必微软绝不会轻易将它带到PC 平台上的吧。
