请问industrial robot 期刊是开源的期刊吗？我看期刊排版要求里要$2600多，这个是必须交的吗？不是个小数目啊
您好！你是怎么查一个期刊是否开源！想请教您一些问题。
期刊是否开源和审稿速度有关系吗？我导师的理解是开源期刊就是交钱加快审稿速度，就是在投稿的时候就交钱，可以插队审稿。是这么理解吗？我看到论坛里有人是，论文录取之后才决定是否开源的！
希望大神能解答一下！感激不尽！
貌似不是这样的，我的理解是开源的就要交特别高的版面费，然后期刊可以在官网上直接下载，即使不购买任何数据库，如果不收较多的审稿费期刊就无法运营下去，为了更好的传播学术内容的一种期刊。
不知道我理解的是否正确，仅供参考。
