博鳌亚洲论坛（英文：Boao Forum for Asia，缩写BFA，或称为亚洲论坛、亚洲博鳌论坛），由25个亚洲国家和澳大利亚发起，于2001年2月下旬在海南省琼海市万泉河入海口的博鳌镇召开大会，正式宣布成立。论坛为非官方、非营利性、定期、寻址的国际组织；为政府、企业及专家学者等提供一个共商经济、社会、环境及其他相关问题的高层对话平台；海南博鳌为论坛总部的永久所在地。

　　最近，“博鳌亚洲论坛2017年年会”成为舆论关注的热点。在论坛期间，一些如金融科技、分享经济、人工智能、直播经济、虚拟现实、一带一路等热词，吸引了众多媒体、网友的关注。尤其是“一带一路”，成为各国政府部门、知名企业、学者讨论的焦点话题。
　　小编了解到，今年博鳌亚洲论坛设置了“一带一路：政商对话”和“一带一路：对话领导人”两个分论坛。而之所以“一带一路”成为热点，与当今世界“全球化”、“自由贸易”所面临的问题有关。
　　小编看到一则消息，今年3月17日，联合国安理会以15票赞成，通过决议力挺中国的“一带一路”，这也表明这一战略已经成为国际社会的共识。此外，在1月份达沃斯论坛上，习近平主席多次提到“一带一路”，而“一带一路”更是2017年中央经济工作会议的重要内容，并成为中国经济发展3大战略之一。
　　还有一则重磅消息是，在今年5月，中国将在北京举办“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛。在该论坛上，将会总结“一带一路”发展成果，以及规划未来发展。
　　从“博鳌亚洲论坛2017年年会”大主题，以及诸多的分论坛主题看，世界经济正处于一个十字路口，“经济增长乏力”、“逆全球化”等问题成为全球发展的困扰。而“一带一路”合作倡议的提出是中国对世界经济开出的一道“中国药方”。
　　在“一带一路”战略中，“中国企业”成为带动区域发展的重要力量。在本届博鳌亚洲论坛期间，也有很多在“一带一路”做出贡献的中国企业出席。今天，小编就以海航集团为例，看看这家企业在响应“一带一路”战略中，做了哪些事情?
　　首先，海航积极构建“空中通道”，促进国际经济文化交流道路畅通，为“一带一路”沿线国家提供交通服务。截至目前，海航旗下航空公司新开辟了飞往“一带一路”沿线国家及相关地区国际航线65条。其中，从海南始发的国际航线有9条，例如海口至曼谷、海口至万象、海口至琅勃拉邦等南海相邻区域航线;海航投资设立区域航空公司，如蓝鹰航空、土耳其myCARGO、AWA航空、乌鲁木齐航空、福州航空和北部湾航空等，抓住关键节点，打通缺失航段。
　　从媒体公开报道可以看到，海航集团计划在与“一带一路”沿线国家的运输服务合作上发挥更大作用。海航将开通更多连接中国和沿线国家的航线并帮助这些国家修建和管理机场，解决“一带一路”沿线航空设施投资不足的关键问题。
　　此外，海南是“一带一路”建设中海上合作的重要战略支点。海航旗下各产业集团，都在按照“面向东盟、发展日韩、兼顾南亚”的发展思路开航线，设航企，为“一带一路”沿线国家提供交通服务，与相关企业和机构积极合作。
　　具体实践方面，海航2014年收购了全球排名第六的集装箱租赁公司Seaco，进入全球集装箱租赁市场;2015年斥资6.5亿美元完成对全球排名第八的集装箱租赁公司Cronos的收购。经过整合入渤海金控，将其打造成为全球最大的集装箱租赁服务供应商之一。通过更大的集装箱队规模、更多元化的产品结构、更广泛的服务网络，海航集团为海上丝绸之路的建设提供了有力的支持。

Zhou’s remarks came as he answered media questions during a meeting at the Boao Forum for Asia.
He rejects the view that China’s 20-percent "deposit reserve ratio" has reached its limit, and he also says the bank is closely monitoring the inflow of hot money from abroad(密切关注热钱流入中国).
Zhou Xiaochuan, Governor of China’s central bank, said, "We need to use multiple measures to contain surging CPI. Chinese monetary policies have shifted from moderately loose(适度从宽) to prudent(谨慎的), and this will go on for a while. As for the reserve ratio(法定准备金比率), seeing from international experience, there is no clear standard and limit on that. Besides, there is a surplus of liquidity(流动性) internationally, if we over-hike(过度增加，抬高) the interest rate, it might lead to inflows of international hot money."

On 11 March, Japan was struck by a massive earthquake and tsunami, and suffered enormous casualties and damage. The Chinese people and people across Asia share the pain of the Japanese people and have extended a helping hand to Japan. We have once again demonstrated to the world the Asian people’s spirit of showing solidarity in difficult times. We are confident that the Japanese people will overcome this disaster and rebuild their homeland.
总之，以上这些优良传统是亚洲精神的重要体现，是亚洲人民共同的宝贵财富，值得倍加珍惜、发扬光大。我坚信，只要坚持发扬这些优良传统，亚洲人民必将在前进道路上创造出新的业绩，为人类和平与发展的崇高事业作出新的更大的贡献。
In sum, the above-mentioned fine traditions are important reflections of the Asian spirit. They are the invaluable assets of the Asian people and should be cherished and carried forward. It is my firm belief that building on these fine traditions, the people of Asia will score new achievements as they march forward and make new, bigger contributions to the noble cause of peace and development of mankind.
