个是Steam自带的保护系统。和电脑没关系，宽带路由器每次重启会重置IP，也就是更新你的位置
就是说我以后每充一次钱就要等一个礼拜了吗？
只是重启路由器会自动获取（如果你路由器设置的是自动获取IP的话），如果中间没有重启路由器，是不会重置ip的。
意思是跟充钱无关吗？
对的，充钱的时候它只是检测到你不同ip登陆，采取的保护措施而已。
