先检查下bios启动顺序，如果u盘优先，可能会一直读u盘导致无进一步响应sp4进bios是关机下长按音量+不放，按下电源，出现surface放手，改ssd优先即可，如果不是上述问题，可以重装一遍驱动试试，下载官网上有的再不行要么重装，要么忍着，按ctrl+alt+del可快速重启，sp4频率大概是1、2次每周
