Ce problème peut être rencontré sous IOS 8 et nous sommes entrain de travailler dessus. Si tu veux le régler au plus vite, tu peux tout simplement
de ton appareil ( Réglages > Général > Mise à jour logiciel ).

Je n'ai plus de son dans l'app Incredibox !
?a peut arriver dans ces cas :
Cas 1 : Vérifie que l'appareil n'est pas mode silence/vibreur. Il faut activer le bouton & sonnerie & sur la tranche de l'appareil.
Cas 2 : Vérifie que le bouton & silence & du mini panneau de réglages n'est pas coché. Parfois ce bouton peut être actif même si tu n'y as pas touché. Essayes ?a :
& Lance l'appli Incredibox.
& Ouvre le panneau de réglages (fais glisser ton doigt de bas en haut).
& Regardes si le bouton & silence & est bien inactif (image ci-dessous).
Cas 3 : Vérifie que le mode Ne pas déranger n'es pas activé ( Réglages > Ne pas déranger ). Enfin, vérifie que le mode Silence est bien réglé sur Si l'appreil est vérouillé.
Cas 4 : Parfois, le système audio de l'app peut entrer en conflit avec d'autres apps qui sont déjà ouvertes sur ton appareil. Ce problème peut notamment survenir quand tu passes d'une app à l'autre régulièrement. Le mieux est de forcer à quitter l'app et de la relancer, rien n'est cassé ne t'inquiètes pas :)
No sound on my app!
Yes, this problem can occur in those cases:
#1 Be sure that the ringing mode of your phone is turned ON. You can find this button on the side of your device.
#2 Be sure the bell button in the settings panel of your device is disabled. Sometimes, this button can be enabled even if you didn't set it. How to do:
& Open the app.
& Open the settings panel (finger swipe from bottom to top).
& Check if the bell button is unchecked (see image below).
#3 Be sure the Do not disturb mode is turned OFF ( Settings > Do not disturb ). Also, be sure the sure the Silent mode is set on While device is locked.
#4 Sometimes, the audio system of the Incredibox app can enter in conflict with other apps running in background on your device. This problem may appears when you switch often from the app to another one. The best in this case, is to force quitting the app then relaunch it. Nothing is broken don')
o Parfois les mouvements paraissent saccadés !
C'est embêtant mais c'est pas grave ! Ce problème peut survenir quand tu sors de l'app un moment et que tu y reviens sans l'avoir quittée. Le moteur de rendu peut entrer en conflit avec plusieurs types de t?ches de fond. Le mieux est de forcer à quitter l'app et de la relancer. Hop ! C'est réparé !
o Sometimes the characters seems laggy!
This is annoying but it's no big deal. This problem can appears when you leave the app for a while then come back without quitting it. The rendering process off the app can enter in conflict with many background tasks. The best to do in this case, is to force quitting the app then relaunch it. Voilà, fixed!
o L'app est lente sur mon iPad 2 / iPhone 4S !
Oui, on sait... Ces appareils se font vieux maintenant, leur performances sont très limitées. Le problème c'est qu'Apple ne nous permet pas de bloquer le téléchargement de l'app sur certains modèles d'appareils.
On ne peut pas refuser les vieux modèles via l'interface de l'Apple Store. C'est pourquoi, nous avons bien indiqué ce problème dans la description de l'app sur l'Apple Store. Si tu le souhaites, tu peux toujours te faire rembourser via l'historique de ton compte iTunes.

Yes, we know... Those devices starts to get old now, their performances are limited. The problem is that Apple don't allow us to block the download of the app to some old devices. We can't set this feature on the App Store dashboard.
This is why we notified this problem in the description section of the app in the screen presentation on the App Store. If you want, you can get refund of your app via your iTunes account history.

L'app reste bloquée sur un écran blanc après son lancement !
L'app Incredibox n'est compatible qu'à partir de la version 5.0 d'Android (Lollipop). Si ta version est antérieure à Android 5.0, l'app ne pourra pas fonctionner. Essayes de lancer
depuis les réglages de ton appareil. Si tu ne peux plus faire de mise à jour et que tu as déjà acheté l'app, tu peux demander un remboursement sur le Play Store via ton historique de commande. Désolé !
The app freeze on a white screen after launch!
To run the app on Android you need to be at least on the Android version 5.0 (Lollipop). If your Android version is lower than 5.0, the app couldn't works. Try to launch an
from your device settings. If you can't go higher than Android 4.4 (Kitkat) and you have already bought the app, you can ask for a refund on the Play Store via your order history. Sorry for that!
L'app me déconnecte du bluetooth !
Le moteur audio de l'app peut rentrer en conflit avec les appareils bluetooth si ceux-ci sont connectés (ou jumelés) avant le lancement de l'app. Tu dois d'abord attendre qu'une version ai bien été chargée. Tu pourras ensuite te reconnecter au bluetooth et jumeler tes écouteurs.

The audio rendering process of the app can enter in conflict with bluetooth devices if they are connected (or paired) before the app launch. You have to wait after a version has been fully loaded. You can re-enable your bluetooth and pair your speakers again after a version has been loaded.
