This shrine requires timing and the use of the Magnesis and Stasis . At the beginning there are two metallic swings swinging gently. If you are quick enough you can jump onto the first one and then onto the next small platform. Then, using Magnesis to set the second swing moving and jump onto it. Jump off onto the next platform. There is a chest with a Korok weapon that is easily accessible. Next, you must pass three spiked, metallic, balls on chains. Set the first one moving with Magnesis and while it is away from the platform freeze it with Stasis. Walk by and repeat with the next two spiked balls. If you want the contents of the chest, you can move the fouth spiked ball. There should be enough time to open the chest and return to the steps. The next section requires Magnesis. Move the platforms to form steps. With a little ingenuity you can reach the chest under the Monk's platform for a gold rupee (300).
Afterwards you can manipulate the platforms again to climb up to the platform behind the metallic doors. Using a fire arrow, shoot the dead leaves to reveal the metallic doors.
Use Magnesis to push open the doors to reach the Monk.
