解决Eclipse出现An&error&has&occurred.See&the&log&file的问题
环境：eclipse 3.1
错误日志：

"拒绝访问。". A common reason is that the file system or Runtime

choose a different location, or disable file locking passing
"-Dosgi.locking=none" as a VM argument.
经过反复检查，发现jdk 1.7不支持eclipse 3.1版本，最后安装jdk1.6问题解决，eclipse顺利启动！

给MyEclipse的快捷方式加个参数再重新启动一次。步骤如下：右键选中快捷方式属性选项，在快捷方式页，目标一项最后加上-clean选项，如&C:\MyEclipse6\eclipse.exe&-clean.然后重新启动一下MyEclipse。让他每次启动都清一下MyEclipse以及其中的项目。
这里注意：一定要在引号之外添加，否则会使MyEclipse运行不起来。
我自己使用此方法解决了，如还不行建议重装下MyEclipse
