Hi there. First, I want to say sorry that we didn't update the development progress here for a 'long time'.There were some issues with the game - gameplay, UI, visuals, etc. These aspects of the game are what we have been working on most recently. And, your comments have given us some new ideas and lots of useful points of feedback.And today finally, I'm glad to tell you that we've found the way out! Before, there were too many windows, which some felt was too complex. Now, you can give most of your orders directly to your STAFF in the scene.
As you saw in the first video, you can recruit new managers easily with money. Now you should hire your staff members in the whole game world with different skills.
Your staff members will help you a lot in terms of team management. They can help you scout new players, managers, and events on the world map. They can write some management plans for you, do team service, and even crisis PR.
You will participate in different stories with your players, staff and partners. Your decisions will change the how they end up. .
There will be more tournaments in the game world, and you will be able to increase your fans group around the world.
Definitely, there are some female characters waiting to be added to the game. :DWe've made a plan for the development of these new changes, and you'll see some of them in the future. P.S. In the world of ESports Club Tycoon, there are 7 different regions to choose from as well as 4 of the most popular eSports games.

Esports Club是一款（6月30日）在Steam平台发售的模拟经营游戏，不过和通常的《足球经理》、《NBA2K》等系列游戏不同的是，它模拟的，是职业游戏战队。在游戏中，你将扮演俱乐部经理，运营战队，招募队员，训练队员，提升战队的基础设施和队员的实力，参加各种职业联赛，进行友谊赛，获取奖金，然后招募更好的队员，将战队越做越大。以上是游戏的核心玩法，与通常的体育模拟经营游戏相似。
游戏的主要赛事项目有MOBA和FPS两种模式，你可以在游戏中招募队员，设置上场阵容和替补。此外，还可以建设更好的基础设施，安排队员休息和训练，调整对战策略等等。随着时间和日程的推进，你将会参与各种赛事，各有胜负，在没有赛事期间，可以安排训练队员，提升他们的实力以应对更高强度的比赛。不过，在训练的过程当中，选手也会有概率生病受伤，对赛事造成一定的影响。每名选手有自己独立的打法风格，偏向于保守、正常、激进等等，在比赛开始之前，你可以拿到对手的情报以及对手的参赛阵容，从而更加有效地展开针对。 游戏的比赛过程，比较写意，你可以看到双方各五个圆圈在MOBA地图上晃悠，不断PK，然后双方的队员开始出现伤亡，直到有一方的基地被推掉。受限于研发资金的，游戏没有引入实机对战，画面方面还有待提升。
招募的队员的方式，就是在选手交易中心，选择你相中的队员，开出报价，选手会根据报价来决定是否入会。
有意思的是，根据Steam更新的信息，这款游戏似乎在极力还原真实世界中的电竞百态。游戏开发团队表示，团队的成员都很喜欢电竞，这款游戏的研发时间已经超过了一年，除了目前的内容，还会继续添加一些电竞相关的元素，例如杯赛、直播等等。
作为一款EA阶段的游戏，《Esports Club》玩法应该说是比较独特的，选用了此前还没有人涉足过的电竞模拟经营，玩法方面也有参考到已经相当成熟的体育模拟经营游戏。游戏的弱点在于战队对战界面，尤其是选手的对战过程相对枯燥，对战过程的表现效果有待改善。对这款游戏，或者模拟经营游戏感兴趣的玩家，不妨前往Steam浏览这款游戏。
