DMSP―F16 SSMIS卫星资料同化及对台风“苏迪罗”预报的影响
  【摘 要】美国国防气象卫星计划已成功实施多年,并取得良好的应用效果,其中以DMSP-F16最具代表性,本文利用GSI同化系统对该卫星上搭载的SSMIS传感器资料进行同化,对影响我国的一次台风“苏迪罗”进行模拟预报,结果表明同化SSMIS 1~5及12~18通道数据能够明显改善“苏迪罗”的路径模拟效果。 中国论文网 http://www.xzbu.com/8/view-7428766.htm  【关键词】SSMIS;卫星资料同化;台风   0 引言   2003年,集成了微波成像仪和微波探测仪的SSMIS(Special Sensor Microwave Imager Sounder)探测仪搭载在DMSP-F16卫星上发射升空,现已成功运行多年,SSMIS资料使用效果良好,在军事气象保障、天气预报、强对流监测和洪涝灾害监测、水文应用方面发挥了巨大作用。美国和日本等学者对该传感器资料进行了深入研究,发现同化SSMIS卫星资料能够改善天气预报效果。该系列卫星不仅已经更新多次,而且在美国未来的卫星计划中,同时拥有微波成像和微波探测两类通道的微波探测器将继续发展,因为通道细化后能采集到更加丰富的微波遥感信息,带来更加广阔的应用前景[1]。我国在微波成像仪方面起步较晚,对该类资料的同化技术和国外还有一定差距,想要快速发展我国的微波成像仪,应当借鉴国外的成功经验,例如同时同化探测和成像微波资料对数值预报水平是否起到提高作用,如果能且效果明显将对我国微波成像仪未来发展提供一定参考价值。本文探讨了GSI中对SSMIS卫星辐射资料质量控制的方法与过程,首先根据权重函数对本文用到的通道进行选择,然后在此基础上针对SSMIS资料特点进行数据稀疏化、云检测和质量控制,并采用循环同化对GSI中SSMIS资料的偏差订正系数进行更新,利用新的偏差订正系数同化SSMIS资料后对台风“苏迪罗”进行模拟检验同化效果。   1 资料和方法   SSMIS探测器共有24个通道,其中1~7及22~24类似于AMSU-A,8~11类似于AMSU-B,12~18类似于SSM/I。根据大气辐射传输理论,卫星探测时所接收的特定波长的辐射能量会受到大气层温湿度的影响,通常可以通过对大气柱的温度与湿度加权平均来表示,即通过一个权重函数来描述不同高度上大气温湿度对辐射强度的贡献。图1给出SSMIS各通道接收的不同通道辐射能量的权重函数变化曲线。通道权重函数峰值区的高度可以反应该通道所能“看”到的高度,卫星观测信息的主要贡献来源于权重函数较大的高度[2]。由于WRF模式层顶为10hPa,对应海拔高度约为31km,因此本文选取的通道为1~5及12~18。试验中使用NCEP网站提供的日06时至5日06时的FNL再分析资料作为初始场和边界条件,水平分辨率为0.25°×0.25°,卫星数据采用的是美国国防卫星DMSP-F16 的SSMIS的BUFR格式亮温数据,以上资料均为每日4个时次:00时、06时、12时、18时(世界时),每个卫星时次数据包含前后3h的卫星观测信息。同化过程中SSMIS的稀疏化分辨率为120km,台风路径为日本气象厅提供的最佳路径集。WRF模式中心为(10°N,140°E),水平分辨率30km,格点202×202,垂直分层41层,模式层顶高10hPa,时间积分步长为180 s。物理过程采用Kain-Fristsch积云方案,WSM6微物理方案,YSU边界层方案,RRTM长波辐射方案,Dudhia短波辐射方案,辐射传输模式采用CRTM2.1.3版本。   2 台风个例介绍   台风苏迪罗是2015年第13号台风,于7月30日20时在西北太平洋洋面上生成,强度逐渐加强,8月2日进入快速强化期,凌晨5点钟加强为强热带风暴,17时加强为台风,8月3日5时加强为强台风,17时加强为超强台风级,之后达到其巅峰强度17级以上,最低气压达到910hPa,最大风速超过65m/s,追平了号台风“美莎克”的最大强度,成为继2013年超强台风“海燕”以后西北太平洋最强台风;随后以西偏北方向向台湾移动,平均时速20~25km/h,5日夜晚减弱为强台风。7日20时再次加强为超强台风级,创造第二次峰值,最低气压930hPa,8日2时再次减弱为强台风级,并于4时以中心附近最大风力15级在台湾省花莲市登陆,同日晚22时以中心附近最大风力13级(38m/s)在福建省莆田市登陆,成为2015年首个两次登陆中国的台风。进入内陆后逐渐减弱,9日3时进入江西省,当晚23时减弱为热带气压,10日上午进入安徽省,17时减弱为低压环流,停止编号。苏迪罗在台湾省登陆带来的暴雨和狂风造成大范围电力供应中断,以及至少8人死亡、420人受伤;中国东部地区则因百年一遇的降雨导致洪水和山体滑坡,有至少26人丧生,直接经济损失数百亿元,也是继2008年台风“凤凰”之后,深入内陆影响范围最广的台风。世界气象组织台风委员会已于今年对其除名。   3 数据处理   3.1 数据稀疏化   原始的SSMIS亮温资料分布如图2,可以看到空间分辨率很高,实际应用中,为减少计算工作量,一般不考虑观测资料之间的相关性。由于SSMIS辐射资料分辨率最低为13.2km×15.5km,高于本文设定的WRF模式分辨率(30km),同时卫星扫描观测点之间间距较小,使得观测资料之间又存在一定的相关性,因此,为了减小相邻观测像元之间的误差相关,在实际同化过程中需要对数据进行稀疏化处理。本研究中对SSMIS的稀疏化设为120km。图2显示了 SSMIS的原始辐射资料覆盖和稀疏化后的分布,原始资料共有544296个,稀疏化后个数为92932个,从图中可以发现经过稀疏化后的观测点明显离散了很多,降低了观测资料之间的相关性。   3.2 云检测   大气的微波发射,遇到可与微波波长相当的云中水/冰粒子时,会受到以散射为主的削弱,从而使得到达卫星的辐射含有云中水/冰粒子的散射信息。因此为了避免云污染,云检测技术是必须的。
  在GSI中,当云中液态水含量大于临界值时,剔除该扫描点所有观测资料,各通道临界值见表1。对于SSMIS成像通道的云检测方案还另外采用了探测通道的数据,当第2通道的观测场与背景场的亮温差值大于1.5k时,剔除1、2及12至16通道的数据。对通道1~5与12~18进行云检测前后进入GSI同化系统各通道的数量对比如图3,可以看到经过云检测之后,除了通道3和4,其余通道进入同化系统的资料数量都有所减少,说明确实有一部分受云污染的数据已被剔除掉,具体而言,通道5和12云检测效果最为明显,分别剔除了757和282个数据,13、14、15、17和18通道也有一定的受污染的数据被剔除,而通道1、2和16的云检测效果不够明显,只剔除掉了很少的数据。   3.3 质量控制   质量控制是观测资料进入同化系统分析之前需要进行的关键步骤,其目的就是剔除质量达不到同化要求的观测资料,保证同化计算过程的快速收敛和分析结果的质量。Derber和Wu指出单个观测数据点如存在较大的误差,会导致分析和后期预报的结果质量出现显著的下降[3]。为此,对于卫星观测资料的同化,人们最初发展了一些较为简单的质量控制方案比如,针对于不同的卫星观测仪器,利用各种经验性参数去修正观测亮温数据等。在GSI同化系统中,对卫星观测资料的质量控制主要包括以下步骤:   1)地型检验,剔除下垫面为陆地、海冰、雪地以及混合型的观测数据;   2)极值检验,剔除亮温小于70K或大于320K的数据;   3)阈值检验,剔除亮温标准差大于6K的数据,剔除观测亮温减去模拟亮温大于3.5K的数据。   结果表明,质量控制前进入同化系统的资料数量约为17000个,经过质量控制后只有约3900个,因此该质量控制方案能够剔除大量不合格的数据。   3.4 偏差订正   卫星探测资料中存在着一定的系统偏差,这些误差经常与数值模式的短期预报的大气温度场的典型误差相当,因此在利用变分方法同化卫星观测资料之前必须要进行相应的偏差订正。目前NCEP对于卫星辐射率亮温资料的偏差订正可分为两类:一类是由于卫星自身所带来的扫描偏差订正,另一类是由于大气透射率本身的变化带来的气团偏差订正[4]。在GSI中,SSMIS资料的扫描偏差订正系数和气团偏差订正系数并没有给出,但是每次同化后会生成新的订正系数,新的订正系数可以用于下次同化,多次同化后会得到较为可靠的订正系数。因此设计了获取试验区域SSMIS资料偏差订正系数的方案,即通过对日06时至8月1日18时,每隔12小时为一个时次进行循环同化,每个时次同化10次,共计40次同化得到的订正系数作为8月2日06时的订正系数。   图4为偏差订正前后通道17的观测亮温与模拟亮温的差值情况,可以看到未进行偏差订正前,O-B(观测场减背景场)最大值为1.40,最小值为-4.90,平均值为-2.54;经过偏差订正后,观测亮温与模拟亮温的插值更加平均,最大为2.00,最小为-2.23,平均值为0.09。图5可以更加直观地看出偏差订正后模拟亮温与观测亮温更为接近。限于篇幅,图6只展示了通道2和17偏差订正前后O-B偏差分布情况,其他通道结果类似,从图中可以看出,经过偏差订正后,O-B更加趋于正态分布,即更加合理,这说明同化多次循环同化得到的偏差订正系数是可靠的。   4 模拟结果   对台风“苏迪罗”路径模拟结果如图7,其中BEST为台风观测路径,CTR为为控制试验(简称EXP1)模拟路径,即不同化任何数据,SSMIS为同化SSMIS试验(简称EXP2)模拟路径。可以看出,两组试验模拟的台风路径与实际台风移动方向基本一致,但存在不同程度的偏离,都表现为在0~36小时内偏差快速增大,36~72小时偏差增速减缓甚至偏差变小。表2是每个时次与实际路径的具体的偏差值及全程平均值。综合图7、和表2可以看出,0~12h,两组试验路径比较接近,偏差较小,12h之后,不同试验的区别逐渐体现出来,EXP1与观测路径偏差较大,台风移动路径相对于EXP2明显偏南,最大偏差为207.9km,平均偏差为155.7km,这是因为该组试验没有同化任何资料,初始场偏差较大,导致模拟不准确。EXP2模拟效果较好,虽然移动速度较观测略慢一些,但台风移动路径更加接近实际,0~12h偏差很小,12~36h偏差逐渐增大,36~72h又有所减小,EXP2最大偏差为107.7km,平均偏差为73.5km。   5 结论   本文利用GSI同化系统对SSMIS资料进行同化并对台风“苏迪罗”进行模拟,结果表明:(1)采用云检测和质量控制方案能够有效剔除错误数据;(2)利用循环同化得到了符合亚太地区的SSMIS偏差订正系数;(3)相比于控制试验,加入SSMIS资料后,台风路径模拟明显得到改善,缩小了与实际观测的误差。综上所述,美国国防气象卫星数据对于我国的天气数值模拟也有一定的作用,后续应进行更多试验的模拟,更加深入的研究和探索其集成像通道和探测通道的特点,这对我国的气象卫星的发展具有一定的借鉴意义。   【参考文献】   [1]杨军,许建民,董超华,卢乃锰.气象卫星及其应用[M].气象出版社,2012. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT主键中的文件类型子键下的常见子键的含义:

该主键下记录的是Windows中所有用户的设置信息,它的值是变化的,并取决于计算机是否激活了用户配置文件,若未激活用户配置文件,则可以看到称为.DEFAULT的单一子键,该子键包括和所有用户相关的各种设置,并且和Windows下的USER.DAT文件相配合。若激活了用户配置文件并且正确地执行了登录,则还有一个&用户名&的子键,该用户名为用户登录的名称。而有关该用户名的相关键值则放在HKEY_CURRENT_USER中。
3、HKEY_CURRENT_USER
在HKEY_CURRENT_USER主键中保存了当前登录用户的所有配置信息,它也是自动变化的,取决于当前登录的用户,它其实就是HKEY_USERS用户名键下的快捷方式,当然了,如果我们的机器未激活用户配置则它是HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT的快捷方式。(如图3)
如图3所示,在该主键下有8个子键,它们的作用分别是:
(1)AppEvents
该子键储存了系统事件的声音设置。在下面还有&EventLabels&和&Schemes&两个子键。子键 EventLabels-储存了每个事件的标识及名称,而子键Schems则关联了每个事件和声音,下边有&Apps&和&Name&两个子键,&Apps&子键下储存了系统事件的声音设定,一般每个事件下有两个子键&.Current&和&.Default&,它们分别指明了当前的声音文件和默认的声音文件的位置。&Name&子键储存了声音配音方案的名称,该名称我们也可以在控制面板中双击&声音&项,然后在出现的声音属性窗口中的方案选项中看到。
(2)Control Panel
该子键储存了系统桌面、光标、图标、键盘鼠标等的设置信息。其下一般下面的子键:
&Accessibility&:一看就知道,它只有在安装了Windows系统辅助选项后才会出现,其中包括了高对比度显示设置子键&HighContrast&、键盘设置子键&KeyboardResponse&、鼠标设置子键&MouseKeys&、串行键设置子键&SerialKeys&、声音显示设置子键&ShowSounds&、声音卫士设置子键&SoundSentry&、粘滞键设置子键&StickyKeys&、自动重新设置辅助选项子键&TimeOut&和切换键设置子键&ToggleKeys&,它们都是辅助选项中的设置信息。
&Appearance&:该子键储存了系统中可供选择的各种颜色设置方案,我们可以在显示属性窗口中的&外观&选项卡中看到相应的方案。
&Cursors&:该子键储存了系统中使用的光标图案,我们可以在鼠标属性窗口中的指针页的方案选项中看到。
&Desktop&:该子键储存了系统桌面和窗口的设置信息,如窗口边界、标题、图标、菜单、滚动条等的设置。其下键值很多,大家在看了它的英文名称后便知道了。另外,在Desktop子键下包括&ResourceLocale&和&WindowMetrics&两个子键,&ResourceLocal&子键储存了桌面数据的显示格式的时区值;&WindowsMetrics&储存了系统窗口的各项设置,这些看起来也不困难。笔者就不再赘述了。
&Input Method&:该子键储存了切换键的有关设置,其中的键值&Show Status&确定是否显示输入法状态。
&International&:该子键储存了区域设置的有关信息。
&Keyboard&:该子键储存了键盘击键的重复延时和重复速率。
&PowerCfg&:该子键储存了电源管理的有关设置。
(3)Identities
该子键存储并储存了和Outlook Express有关的设置信息。
(4)InstallLocationsMRU
包括安装软件或硬件设备驱动程序的路径等,每个键值代表一个路径,其键值名称为一个小写的字母,如&a&、&d&等,键值&MRUList&表示了一个路径的顺序,如&daebc&。
(5)Keyboard layout
该子键储存了Windows中键盘布局设置。
(6)Network
该子键储存了当前用户的网络设置信息。
(7)RemoteAccess
该子键储存了当前用户的拨号网络配置。
(8)Software
该子键储存了系统中各种软件的配置信息,它是HKEY_CURRENT_USER主键下最主要的子键,也是USER.DAT文件的主要部分,该主键下的子键随着不同的机器会差别很大,但无论怎样不同,该主键下的子键都有着基本相同的结构。
4、HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE上注册表的核心主键,记录了计算机上的所有硬件和软件的配置。它由8个部分组成,而每部分中又有许多相应的子键。
(1)Config键
在该键值中储存了Windows配置文件,它下面的子键个数视机器而定,如 等等,每一个子键均代表一个硬件配置文件。在每一个子键下面有Display,Enum,Infrared,Software和System子键。其中Enum键包括安装在机器上的每种设备的配置数据,其内容随不同的机器也不同,它对应多个子键:
⑴、BIOS:包括多种集成在主板上的设备,每个设备是一种EISA的格式(如 *PNP0001)。Microsoft分配一定的范围给某些设备类型,这些用户一般不必过问,因此我们略过,如果大家需要这方面的资料,可以查找。
⑵ESDI:指示硬盘类型及驱动器字符等。
⑶FLOP:指示软盘驱动器。
⑷HTREE:不包括任何设备,其下的RESERVER子键保留了保存在中的资源列表。
⑸ISAPNP:ISA即插即用设备。
⑹INFRARED: 红外线接口,可以看到每一个连接到这个端口上的虚拟设备的子键。
⑺LPTENUM: 只有在并口上安装了即插即用的打印机时才存在。
⑻MF: 包括每个安装在计算机中的每个多功能设备的子键。
⑼MONITOR: 常包括一个单一的子键 .DEFAULT_MONITOR,指示当前的显示器。
⑽NetWork: 网络协议,通常可以看到如下子键:FASTIR-红外线协议,MSTCP-TCPIP,VREDIR-MicroSoft网络客户,VSERVER-文件和打印机共享
⑾PCI: 包括每个PCI设备。
⑿PCMCIA:安装在计算机上的PC CARD设备。
⒀ROOT: 计算机检测出的或通过&添加新硬件&而未正确安装驱动程序的硬件。
⒁SCSI: 安装在计算机上的每个SCSI设备。
⒂SERENUM: 连接到串行接口上的设备。
⒃USB: 连接到USB接口上的设备。
⒄VPOWERD: 电源管理。
(2)HARDWARE键
在该键值中储存了计算机硬件配置中的一些不确定的信息。
(3)NetWork键
该键值储存了包括安全提供者和当前的用户名及组等。
(4)Security键
该键值储存了具有管理权限的每个用户和组等信息。
(5)Software键
安装在计算机中的软件的设置。每个软件程序统一使用&公司名称软件名称软件版本&的组织形式,本部分的设置对于排除故障和定制系统很有用。
(6)System键
该键值储存了系统中的设备驱动程序等信息。
5、HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG:
是HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEConfig的快捷方式。
6、HKEY_DYN_DATA:
系统的动态数据。
了解了这些键的意义,你可以自己来研究了,出现什么问题找好主键和子键,改动改动。当然别忘了备份。其实,Windows每次启动都会自动对注册表进行备份,放在windowssysbckup里的rb00X.cab文件里,出注册表出现问题,在DOS下用extract /e展开,拷贝回去就可以了。当然你可以直接将System.dat和User.dat拷出来做备份。

a)查找网卡对应的模块名称,执行命令,
