近期游戏热闻之前有媒体报道微软可能会禁止Windows 10用户使用盗版软硬件，事情的肇源是微软全新的EULA(最终用户许可协议)。
今天，WinBeta也撰文提及此事。在新的EULA中，微软写道，我们会主动检查用户的系统，查看用户是否安装了“playing counterfeit games, or using unauthorized hardware peripheral devices”，翻译过来就是盗版游戏或是未经授权的硬件外设。
在此之前，有用户指出，微软肯定不能说自己鼓励盗版，但请注意，官方这次跟了句“有权禁止”，而不仅仅是旗帜鲜明地亮明态度而已。
和此前分析的一样，WinBeta也认为这一政策可能适用的是Xbox One的相关服务，而不会鞭及桌面版Win10。当然，这只是外界的分析，微软这次的表述是在太含糊。&

检测到你用win10，就不给你下载。
因为win10太不要脸了，会扫描用户硬盘然后上报

抽奖到手软！将狂欢进行到底！大家都知道软件的用户协议实际上是在说“亲爱的用户，我是你爹，一切听我的”，这次的Windows 10的用户协议中加入了微软有权禁止用户使用盗版游戏或者非授权硬件的条款。
基本上每款软件或者游戏在安装之前都有阅读EULA（最终用户许可协议）这一步，但99.9%的消费者应该不会仔细读完全文吧，虽然大家都知道该协议实际上是在说&亲的用户，我是你爹，一切听我的&，但是大家还会点同意。对微软来说，这次的Windows
10的用户协议中加入了微软有权禁止用户使用盗版游戏或者非授权硬件的条款，你看到了吗?
本月1号微软的服务团队就宣布了这项政策，一旦你使用微软的软件，那么这项技术就可以阻止你玩盗版游戏或者使用未授权硬件，涉及到的的软件基本上就是微软全家桶了，包括Office
365、Outlook、Xbox
Live、Skype、OneDrive、Bing、MSN，这还不算完，使用微软账户的软件也会得到同样的待遇，也就是说绝大部分Windows
10用户也会受影响。
这个问题上周在Reddit上炒的很了，大部分人反应还是很激烈的。不过话说回来，微软这项政策很可能是跟Xbox One有关，此前微软已经宣布Xbox
One也会升级Windows 10系统，这本来就是微软打通全平台的一个机会，但Xbox
One对盗版控制很严。新的EULA协议除了有可能禁止盗版游戏之外，另一个限制就是未授权硬件，这在PC上不太好理解，但对于Xbox主机来说就更明确了，Xbox主机使用的是手柄，微软的未授权设备应该是指没有微软授权的第三方手柄了。
