Hello all!We are proud to announce that Card Quest has officially left Early Access. With this update, we are adding the last remaining end game item for the Mountains dungeon: the Runecrafter's Mask.This mask allows you to craft very unique runes in exchange for gold. Activate it during a fight and it will open a shop-type menu at the end of the encounter, where you can buy 3 different runes.The game being fully released doesn't mean that we will stop updating it altogether: we will continue to apply balance patches and fix bugs when they appear, only less frequently.Thanks to all our players for participating in the early access process, your feedback has been very helpful to the development of Card Quest and we appreciate it very much!Our plans for the future mostly involve releasing the game on other platforms/stores, mainly on GOG and on Android phones. Stay tuned!

Hello all!Card Quest is getting very close to its final release! We plan to officially get out of Early Access on November 7th, after we take care of a few last remaining things.Because we're working on that final release, this week's update will be a smaller one:Changes and fixes-Fixed a recent bug with the Spider Huntress that caused the game to freeze after the huntress went into hiding.-Improved the text description on many cards.

Ten years ago today, we first released WolfQuest into the world. I daresay nobody in their wildest dreams, whether on the WolfQuest team or eagerly downloading (or trying to download) it, could have imagined that the game would still be going strong today. And yet, here we are. To commemorate this minor but remarkable event, we’ve made a documentary video about the history of the game. Actually, the documentary turned into a bigger project than expected (hmm, sense a pattern here?) so we’re going to release it in three chapters. Here’s the first one, “Genesis.” Enjoy!

You learned the ways of the wolf in your birth pack. Now it's time for you to learn how to live on your own.Your quest begins on the slopes of Amethyst Mountain and eventually takes you across the Lamar Valley to Slough Creek. There, you and your mate will establish a territory and raise a litter of pups: training them, feeding them, defending them against predators, and finally taking them on a cross-country journey to a summer home. Ultimately, your success will depend on your ability to ensure the survival of your pack.In single-player games, learn how to hunt elk, communicate with other wolves, find a mate, establish a den and territory, raise pups, and embark on a perilous journey to a summering site. In multiplayer games, explore the wilderness and hunt elk together, and now raise pups together! This new version features the entire Slough Creek mission arc, from choosing a den to raising pups and traveling to the rendezvous site. Now, for this version 2.7, we've refined gameplay and graphics, added a new player account system with achievements, friends lists, and more, and completely rewrote the animal AI system. We've also added more wolf howls, over two dozen wolf customizations, and emotes -- accurate wolf behaviors to communicate with your packmates. And we created a mysterious new map to explore in single and multiplayer games. As always, there's also an active online community where you can discuss the game with other players and share artwork and stories about wolves.
