何东涛，1989年大学毕业进入浙江省杭州第二中学工作，长期坚持工作在教育一线，历任班主任、心理辅导中心主任、教科研处主任，现为杭州二中副校长。任浙江省发展心理学会理事、浙江省家庭教育理事、浙江省植物学会理事、浙江省教育厅“浙江省学校心理健康教育专业指导委员会”专业委员。荣获浙江省教育科研先进个人、杭州市科技先进个人等荣誉称号。主要从事青少年心理健康教育和学习心理学研究，曾应邀在省电视台、报纸等媒体开设专栏传播心理学知识，主持完成的课题多次在省市获奖，出版2本学习心理学专著，主编出版相关书籍10余本。
