继楼主上次换了后的2个月,车就开了4000英里, 估摸着该了. 老规矩, 自己拍了几张图+偷了国外的几张图+自己的经验之谈说说如何换吧. 的链接在此:
还是先说背景: 人在美国，买的二手08年civic ex. 自己买所有的材料和工具. 在家门口换. 楼主解释下单位换算美国的各种润滑油是按照(夸脱)Quart来算的 1 夸脱=1/4加仑=946毫升=0.95公升。然后1英里（mile)约等于=1.6公里。
还是解释我自己对于换机油的理解. 1. 换什么标号的油? 手册注明是换5W-20. 适合大部分地区, 大部分气候. 本田保养手册上说的一准没错. 不过楼主的车买来就开了7万英里了. 就估摸着换了5w-30, 据说适合比较高的里程的车,加上马上夏天,天气炎热. 5w-30 应该比较时候我的车况.
& && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && &2. 换神马牌子?&&我现在用的是Mobil 1 全合成的(银美孚?). 原因? 超市打折, 大概4美元一升吧. 牌子这个众说风云, 看大家个人喜好呗.
& && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && &3. 多少里程换? 4s店说3000英里(5000 公里) 这个太少了点, 即使用的一般矿物质油 都至少可以跑4000英里 没有问题. 如果是全合成,就可以跑个8000到1万公里再换. 至于机油滤清器吃不吃得消,楼主还真不清楚. 楼主是按照思域的行车电脑提示的Oil Life上的数值 40%的时候换的.
废话有点多,赶快进正题.
1. 材料与工具: 4 Quart(4升不到点)的机油;&&一个本田OEM的滤清器+14mm 铝密封圈; 一个滤清器扳手; 一个17mm扳手, 一个漏斗; 一个有刻度的接油盆; 千斤顶2个或者斜坡2个; 各种的报纸,废纸 和 一次性手套.

2. 热车5分钟, 让机油加热, 不要太热了, 会烫伤的,&&然后打开灌机油的盖子, 让空气流通, 为了更快的放油.

3.&&用千斤顶把副驾驶座的轮胎抬起来, 千万找准顶的位置, 抬一边就可以了. 放油口和滤清器都在副驾驶座底下位置.
或者还是像楼主一样 买2个斜坡, 把车开上去,人也可以钻下去的. (不过据说国内淘宝买不到?)
为安全起见, 后轮胎后面垫几块砖头吧, 还有就是熄火, p 档, 手刹拉到底.

4. 然后就是钻车底,定位机油放油口 和 滤清器. 好吧, 这个很简单, 找到蓝色的滤清器, 旁边有个17mm螺丝, 一边会写着 Engine Oil +一个箭头. 箭头所指的那个螺丝就放油口.

5. 用17mm 扳手 (图中是3/8' 棘轮扳手+17mm Socket (螺口插座? 不好意思, 楼主真不知道那个socket怎么翻译成中文) ) 扣紧那个17mm 螺丝, 逆时针使出吃奶力转吧, 楼主是用脚蹬的, 哎, 没吃中饭.

6. 螺丝一旦松动后, 就用手慢慢转出来, 油盆要接好罗, 热油是喷出来的, 千万不要沾到自己了, 尤其是眼睛. 戴好一次性手套. 把那个螺丝保管好.

7. 这个就是螺丝的放大图片, 还有有个14mm 铝密封圈, 把旧的换下来, 放上新的. 这个很重要, 如果用旧的, 会导致以后漏油.

8. 等油放干净了, 就把油盆移动到滤清器的下方, 把滤清器同样逆时针方向转下来. 楼主力气小, 特意买了个滤清器万能扳手, 专门用来转滤清器的. 不过好在上一任的修理工转的部紧, 楼主稍微用点力就转下来了. 注意, 滤清器这里还有很多剩余脏机油, 用盆子接好罗, 不要像楼主, 搞得满地的油, 最后擦了半天. 然后换上新的, 注意, 在新的滤清器的橡胶密封圈上记得先涂一圈新的机油, 润滑, 也是为了更好的密封滤清器. 涂好了, 就顺时针把新的转回去, 用手劲就行了, 不要转的太紧了, 直到手转不动就正好.(楼主指的是一般正常壮年男子的手劲!!!)

9.&&把油盆从车底取下来, 放一边. 记得把螺丝和新的密封圈转回放油口, 忘了的话, 后果就是上面进, 下面出了. 呵呵, 呵呵. 再用第2次吃奶力转紧. 要眼看着把14mm密封圈压成15mm了就差不多了.
10.&&找到刚刚打开的灌油口, 那个漏斗狂灌3升油先.

11. 然后第4瓶 慢慢来, 倒一点, 看一下机油标尺, 直到,油面到了 标尺的纹路中间位置就行了.

12. 最后就是关上引擎盖, 该去掉千斤顶的就去掉, 倒下斜坡的倒好, 出去开一圈. 回来, 再看一下油标尺, 确定油在中间. . 楼主的车竟然要加差不多4 quarts . 为什么手册上写的是3.9 ? 怪了.
13. 为什嘛最后一步是13???? 最后一步就是调行车电脑的Oil Life.(机油周期?这个翻译还行么??) 原来楼主的只剩下40%, 需要调到100%, 先按Set 建, 调到Oil Life 这一项, 长按Set 键N秒, 直到 40% 闪动, 再长按Set 键N秒, 直到变成100% 就ok啦.
好像一切都搞定了是不是? 对了, 请不要乱丢脏机油, 不要倒抽水马桶, 更不要倒草地上. 请送到隔壁修车厂. 清理干净地面. 收工.

机油真心便宜，美孚1号16刀4升，按中美收入比来估算，就相当于16软妹币4升的价格了。
环境真心干净，机舱基本没有尘土，不知道是空气如此还是刚刚冲洗过机舱？
疑问一点：
08年的美版发动机右侧机脚垫就已经改成这个样子了？貌似国内是09款还是12款才改的？

感慨两点：
机油真心便宜，美孚1号16刀4升，按中美收入比来估算，就相当于16软妹币4升的价格... 16刀4升这价格也是特殊时期打折买的 不然也没那么便宜的。
地盘那几张图不是我自己的车。我偷别个的。不过我承认我的确实也挺干净，即使从不冲洗。
用的图都是混杂别人的和自己的。所以我的8代还是那个狗血鸡脚垫设计。可能偷的图有九代的 呵呵
