Sector planet max&-20% empire debuff on resources?
So I had my 5 systems, had 14 others spread oiut into 2 sectors.
I noticed I had a -20% on my resource collections.
So I thought sectors must be limited to 5 also.
Perhaps thats why I have the debuff.
So I split everything into 5's.
I still have the debuff.
I moused over most of the things in planet screen.
How do you tell how many systems a sector can hold?

I'm starting to think I might just be bugged from going over limit early on. Just to clarify here. Your limit is not on the number of &core systems&, but &core planets&, so if you have a system with multiple colonies, you need to count them individually.

Does your species itself have a malus to minerals/credits? some traits do that iirc. Not sure gonna go look around while playing tonight.
