第一种：凝视前方、不回首、保持尊严：不要去找他、不要与他联络、不要再眷恋以往。虽然我会犯错(人都会犯错)、虽然我有缺点(人都有缺点)，但我还有自己的尊严，我要维持自己的尊严，向前看、向前走第二种：适当地发泄情绪：别让悲痛、挫折感、愤怒一直堆积而啃食我们的身心。要哭，洗澡时水声，可尽情地哭。要叫，找个无人之处用力嘶喊。要撕，关起门来大力撕个痛快。想倾诉，找知心好友好好谈一谈。但发泄时千万要注意对象，不要任意找人当倒楣鬼，对他乱发脾气、伤害无辜。第三种：做出不在乎的样子：虽然不可能真正不在乎，但行动上这麽说这麽做就会影响到内心。可以这样想：&他都不在乎了，我为什麽要在乎&&或是&对付负心人的最佳办法就是让自己活得好好地。&或是&你要看我难过痛苦，我偏不让你称心如意。&--这些想法可帮助我们不掉入恶劣情绪的漩涡。第四种：清除他的痕迹：把他给你的东西一一过滤。好用的东西可以留起来，会让你回忆过往的东西通通丢掉，免得惹自己伤心生气。也不要去你们以前常去的地方，以免触景伤情，让你情绪低落。第五种：拿出纸笔、分别列出他的好处与坏处：如果他的坏处多於好处，那你何必在乎他&如果你心疼的是自己付出的感情，那麽算了吧!饶了你自己。如果他的好坏处相当，那麽别担心，你还会碰到比他更吸引你的人。如果他只有好处没有坏处(或坏处寥寥无几)，那你自己就要在下面圈选一项了：(1)他是完美的。(可能吗&)(2)你是盲目的。不是你没真正了解他，就是你所爱恋的是一个虚幻的理想形象(你自己塑造或是他假造出来的)。这样的恋爱不真实、不扎实，本来就不能维持，早散早好!第六种：参加活动、和别人在一起、谈有趣的话题：派对、聚会、郊游、舞会、看表演、打球等动态而有很多人参与的活动要敞开心胸参加，并尽量加入别人的谈话，发掘幽默有趣的话题，跟着大家一起笑，心情会转为开朗。第七种：离开去旅行：参加旅行团或与一群朋友到异国、异地去玩或作研究。异地的人文风情会让你耳目一新。视野拓宽，内心产生崭新的感受，旧有的烦恼就缩小、远去、淡薄了。第八种：与老友连络：恋爱期间&重色轻友&全然不问老友死活，现在恢复&单身&了，还不趁此机会向老友们&自首忏悔&&有谁会像老朋友一样又了解你、又不怪你、又包容你、又疼惜你&跟他们在一起，你不用掩饰、自在自得，全然没有失恋之後的自我否定和怀疑，有助恢复本色。第九种：投注于工作与研究：恋爱时容易分心，现在终於可以全心专注在工作与课业上了。化悲痛为力量，好好地努力，会有意想不到的成就，其他的荣誉也会跟着来。这就是所谓的一得一失：上苍关了这扇门，就会为你再开另一扇门。 (图片来源：华盖)ps斗转星移合成刘亦菲到性感女战士身上(10P)(3)

&今天教大家利用photoshop的斗转星移技巧，把刘亦菲合成到性感的生化危机女战士身上！
刘亦菲素材
1首先打开两张图片，然后用移动工具把刘亦菲的照片拖过去另一张上面
2选中刘亦菲图片的图层，然后CTRL+T，右击选水平翻转调整角度
3设置参考线，调整大小比例
4CTRL++放大图片，然后用蒙板细心把人脸擦出来
5再放大一点，慢慢把头发部位用擦板擦出来
6把刘亦菲的脸用选择工具选上，然后添加曲线调整图，调整一下色调
7最终效果如下图
