Seemingly random CTD, tried everything
Hey guys, I have come to post here for MUCH needed help on this CTD issue I am having in skyrim. I only hard save so it wouldn't be a quick save problem, and the crash is actually pretty rare. I can play for 8 hours and it won't crash, but sometimes I only play for an hour, or 3 hours and it will crash. I have no errors in loot, I have cleaned all disabled records and ITM's in tesvedit, and I use SKSE. I also use ENBoost, and have effectively turned the speedhack on or off, whatever is the one you choose if you are not using an ENB. My papyrus log has always ended the exact same every time I have crashed. It is as follows: Warning:

(FF0023E8): Ref is in an unloaded cell, so it cannot cast spells..stack:[ (9A036750)].SPELL.RemoteCast() - &&native&& Line ?[None].nFrostBlastScript.OnEffectStart() - &nFrostBlastScript.psc& Line 21 I have searched for hours on forums and everything, and have not found any relatable solution. the only few things I did find have pointed out that this script issue is related to Deadly Dragons in one way or another, and may or may not be caused by an Ancient Frost Dragon, (Ancient dragon that uses frost). I have cleaned my save game using save game cleaners, and removed orphan scripts or what not and thus, this script error still persists. I have read all of the deadly dragons compatibility issues, and the FAQ, and installation guide, etc. and have found nothing that would help. If there is any more information I need to post please let me know, I am at a loss of what to do, believe me I have tried everything. If anyone has had the same issue, or knows a fix for it please let me know it would be most helpful. I would appreciate if there isn't a recommendation of &just uninstall the mod duh!& or something similar, this mod is pretty essential to me, thanks.

《上古卷轴5》光辉世界事件MOD
光辉是一个小巧却很有想法的MOD：
通过增加一系列新的世界事件和互动来让天际更有特色。
这些事件是基于玩家在游戏中的决定而发生的，所以两个不同的角色会让天际的状态完全不同。
当你开始一场内战或者从监狱释放一个坏蛋时，天际就在随之变化了。
目前还没有任何不能兼容其他MOD的信息。本MOD应该可以兼容Occupy Skyrim, Immersive Patrols,和Warzone.

内战事件：
以下事件在接到内战任务后会被激活（从第一场战役一直到最终战役之间）

主教协会：辛诺德密探的伏击，当&揭露无形&任务完成后他们会认为冬堡学院有问题而发动袭击。
战友团事件：
以下事件在完成战友团相应任务后会比其他事件发生更频繁
狼人：一群狼人与一群银手的战斗。在5级以后随时可能看到。
狼人猎人：斯丹达尔警惕者在野外攻击你。只有当你被人看到变身为狼人后才会发生。
银手：一批银手会认为你可能是一个狼人或者银手死敌时开始追杀你。只有当你能变为狼人后才会发生。
黑暗兄弟会：
以下事件在完成兄弟会相应任务后相比其他事件发生频率更高
眼线网的密探：精英密探伏击杀死皇帝的凶手。他们的字条会解释他们的任务
莫拉格帮的残党：被一批莫拉格帮的人伏击。他们身上的字条说明他们打算在黑暗兄弟会把工作订单带回去的时候灭掉兄弟会。
弃誓者事件
以下事件在帮助某人从马卡斯监狱逃跑后发生。如果之后杀了他以下事件将结束
弃誓者对士兵：弃誓者和帝国或风暴在瑞驰地区战斗
弃誓者对梭默：弃誓者和索寞在瑞驰地区战斗
弃誓者抢劫：弃誓者在瑞驰地区搜索商人的尸体
弃誓者对龙
弃誓者对强盗
弃誓者战争聚会：弃誓者前往瑞驰地区的随机堡垒的路上
弃誓者对刀锋：弃誓者与刀锋在瑞驰地区战斗
主线任务事件
以下事件在完成相应的主线任务后会比其他事件发生更频繁
末日降临：在城镇里被龙粉（喜欢龙？）攻击。他身上的日记说明他是个疯子，相信世界末日到来了，开始追随龙的意志。只有在玩家被证明是抓根宝并且奥杜因还活着时发生。
酣斗：两条龙为了势力范围对打。只有当主线任务结束并且帕图纳克斯还活着时发生。
帕图纳克斯的休息：如果你在主线中没有杀死他。你会在野外遇到它并接受它在主线中给你的冥想奖励。
刀锋对龙：刀锋与龙在野外战斗。只有当重建刀峰会之后才会发生。
刀锋对梭默：刀锋和梭默在野外战斗。只有当重建刀锋会之后才会发生。
杂项事件：
以下事件在完成相应杂项任务后会比其他事件发生更频繁
斯丹达尔的死敌：斯丹达尔警惕者的伏击。他们身上有个纸条指控你是一个迪德拉崇拜者。只有在收集5个以上的迪德拉工艺品后才会发生。
村民聚众闹事：村民聚集起来前往吸血鬼巢穴。
临时行刑：一些卫兵会在野外对某个通缉犯行刑。
国家公务：卫兵前往盗贼营地。
索拉尔的愤怒：当灰鬃家被玩家帮助后，灰鬃兄弟们会聚集起来和梭默战斗。
阿姆伦的冒险：当玩家帮助阿姆伦取回他父亲的宝剑后，他会跑到雪漫要塞看看他是否能胜任佣兵工作
穆月尔的冒险：帮助穆月尔取回她的东西后，她会跑去鼠道挑战盗贼公会。
弗莱迪斯皇后之剑：为冬堡铁匠完成订单后，会看到一个东陲领的领主拿着这把传说的宝剑找强盗们开封。
戈迪尔的漫游：在帮助戈迪尔后，他会去找死灵巫师的麻烦。
厄里克的冒险：在帮助这个有抱负的佣兵后，会看到他在雪漫砍雪鼠。
吸血鬼事件：
以下事件在变为吸血鬼后会比其他事件发生更频繁

把两个文件直接放到Data下用MOD管理器勾选radiance.esp即可，BOSS排个序（不过这MOD也没啥兼容冲突之类的，放哪都行）
