前几天在Elsevier上投了一篇稿，隔了一天被技术审查打回来要求修改，我改好后又上传，隔一天又打回来了，第一次投稿，不清楚是怎么回事，大家帮我看看，谢谢了！
However, before we can proceed, we ask you to provide the 'Responses to Technical Check Results' we requested when your submission was returned to you.
Please make changes/corrections to your manuscripts as detailed in the comments below. Do not submit this paper as a New Submission.
IMPORTANT: Edit your submission from your main menu and provide a separate list of responses to the comments mentioned below, describing&&the changes you have made to your manuscript. Please place this in a separate file called 'Responses to Technical Check Results' and upload this in the &Attach files& final submission step and submit it together with your manuscript. Without a completed &Responses& sheet, your manuscript will not be processed further.

Please rebuild your PDF and approve your submission so that it will be sent to the journal.
In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.
Technical:
1. Please provide Highlights. Highlights should contain 3 to 5 bullet points with a maximum of 85 characters per bullet point including spaces. Only the core results of the paper should be covered. Please ensure each bullet point is less than 85 characters. For more information and examples, please see: /researchhighlights.
2. Please provide figures separately from the text of the manuscript.
3. Cover letter must contain the title, author's names and affiliations. Please provide.

按要求改，1语言需要修改，2要有3-5条的highlight, 亮点，每条不能超过85个字符，注意是字符，3 图和正文分开上传， 4cover letter应包含题目，作者姓名和单位。注意再投时需要对这些问题进行回复

在投稿系统中，论文修改稿上传完成后，出现了revisions waiting for approval这个界面，
界面不停的更新，但始终是这个Revisions Waiting for Author's Approval (1)
