今天刚收到货，拆箱后才发现下层冷冻室内壁破损严重，冰箱内部用料极差，薄得跟纸一样，明显就是个次品，国美的企业形象宣传背后就是配送这样的货品来坑消费者的吗？买了一堆的肉和海鲜，冰箱却出现严重的质量问题用不了，肉和海鲜全都臭了，打电话给客服反应问题，就一句话直接把问题推给美的厂家，接着又连打了好几次美的厂家的客服电话，推三推四的才安排当地一个家电维修部来处理问题，结果维修部的人打电话过来说维修部的师傅都放假了，没空管你，发了照片给他，让他帮忙出具证明退货，帮不帮你最后也没个回复。下单买冰箱的时候，顾客就是上帝，货到付完钱后，国美就是上帝。看到这样的国美商品质量和美的售后服务，心都凉了，再也不来国美买东西，垃圾国美。再不上门处理问题，只能打12315投诉。
