e一tuonju fenxuan磁团聚分选(magnetie agglomeration sepa-ration)细粒强磁性矿物在低弱磁场中受磁力和剪切力作用,选择性地形成磁团聚体与脉石分离的磁选方法。所用低弱磁场的磁感应强度为5一25mT,比通常预磁磁感应强度50mT和弱磁场磁选机磁感应强度loomT低得多。磁场和剪切力场的作用仅产生磁团聚,团聚体在磁场和重力场综合作用下沉降速度加大,从而提高了与非团聚的脉石的分离效果。磁团聚分选法分选精度高,用于磁铁矿的精选时,能获得超级精矿。

This paper defines the field of &aero-vibro-acoustics& as the transmission of &noise& through a structure when the exterior source is specifically an aerodynamic or hydrodynamic environment. Important applications of current interest are identified and discussed briefly. They include a wide range of situations including low speed, separated flow associated with &wind noise& in automobiles, aircraft interior noise from turbulent boundary layer excitation, and launch vehicle vibration and fairing interior noise due to transonic and supersonic boundary layer and shockwave excitation. Three methods are introduced to assist in the solution of aero-vibro-acoustic problems. The methods are (1) statistical energy analysis (SEA), (2) experimental characterization of flow-induced noise sources from wind tunnel or other tests, and (3) computational aeroacoustics (CAA).
Current technical problems are identified and potential solutions discussed.
It is suggested that all three methods need to be applied in an integrated manner to address aero-vibro-acoustic design for applications such as wind noise inside automobiles.
The field of &aero-vibro-acoustics& is defined as the transmission of noise through a structure, when the exterior source is an aerodynamic or hydrodynamic environment. This paper focuses on physics-based simulation methods that facilitate engineering design for control of interior noise. The design problem has two parts. The first part is simulation of the exterior flow, as influenced by design parameters such as aerodynamic shape and flow control. The second part is simulation of the transmission of exterior surface pressures to an interior sound field, as influenced by shape and physical properties of the intervening structure. In particular, this paper uses the sound transmission physics of the second part to better define the requirements on wind tunnel testing and

computational aero-acoustics, which are currently being used for the first part of the problem.
Aerodynamic and hydrodynamic noise transmission has elements in common with the room acoustics problem of “sound transmission loss” in which the exterior source is assumed to be a diffuse acoustic field. A good description is provided by Fahy1. One important observation is that while the structure’s vibration response to acoustical excitation is dominated by its resonant modes, low frequency sound transmission to the interior is controlled by the acoustically “forced” response of non-resonant modes.
Mathur & Bremner2 have shown that airplane interior noise transmission can be predicted for high speed boundary layer noise excitation. An empirical model of the boundary layer surface pressure cross spectrum is convolved with each structural mode to estimate the resonant vibration response. The resulting sound radiation to the interior was based on room acoustics theory1. At the cruise conditions (Mach 0.8), the high levels of aerodynamic excitation at the convection wavenumber couple well with the resonant modes of the structure3 so that non-resonant transmission could be neglected. Neither resonant nor non-resonant response couples well with the interior acoustics.
