　　前言：首先要明白玩家大众的PC配置各不相同，遇到问题的具体原因也是千奇百怪，这里说明的是符合绝大多数玩家会遇到的情况。
解决方法一：NIVIDIA显卡用户更新驱动
　　N卡的用户早先应该就安装了N卡自带的Nivida Experience，能够检测驱动、更新以及识别电脑上的游戏并且进行优化的程序。而小编我自己也是N卡，经过反复研究发现，全屏游戏弹出的原因就在于这个NIVIDA程序每隔1小时（其他人的时间可能不同）的自动检测驱动功能。每次自动检测并且检测到有新驱动的时候后台进程就会将游戏弹出，但是NE本身也不会有弹出消息，所以就造成了上述的情况。
　　这里不建议玩家卸载NE，这个程序还是很有用的，其实最简单的解决方法就是更新N卡驱动就行了，更新到最新驱动检测程序自然就不会弹出我们的游戏了，勤更新不要偷懒哦。

解决方法二：卸载微软设备健康助手
　　相信很多玩家要说了，我用的是A卡，但是也遇到了这个问题，或者驱动是最新的但是也有这个问题怎么办？原因还有，微软设备健康助手是windows自带的系统程序，在后台进程里运行。它有一个同样很麻烦的地方就是会每小时监测一次更新，每5分钟监测一次硬件设备（不同设备可能不同）。
　　这与游戏跳出的时间点也吻合，并且这个服务禁用是不行的，只能卸载掉，方法如下：
　　双击计算机--&卸载或更改程序--&鼠标右键--&卸载
选择卸载或更改程序
找到健康助手右键卸载
解决方法三：禁用计划程序
　　现在一些第三方的软件很脏，通过各种计划任务等手段，一直保持在进程中运行。禁用任务计划库里的程序，把有可能引起退出游戏全屏的程序，如优酷客户端、搜狗输入法升级程序，阿里旺旺升级程序等等都禁用。
　　计算机图标上点鼠标右键——&管理--&依次展开 系统工具--&任务计划程序--&任务计划程序库 对准相应程序双击，选禁用
