有可能是安装包的兼容性问题；也有可能是网络情况不畅通，可以尝试使用wifi；最好当然是重新下载一个安装包；可以在手机上安装一个95游戏中心，里面很多手机游戏的，能免费下

env: windows 10 rtm, visual studio 2015 pro
i use sdksetup.exe downloaded from dev.windows.com to setup windows 10 sdk, but always failed.
this is a part of setup log below:

After I changed network condition, this issue did not appeared. So i think this issue is due to bad network condition and&failure&to download sdk from internet for a long time.
