等级影响的是强化。没到要求比，到要求的造出强化数值来普遍要低一些
（有的设计图是系统规定0强的）

下面是官网出的打造熟练度标准10 --------0 20 --------0 30 --------0 40 --------160 50 --------250 60 --------360 70 --------490 80 --------640 90 --------810 100 -------1000 110 -------1210 120 -------1440 130 -------1690 140 -------1960打造武器可以提升熟练度当然可以学到120，去铁帮忙也可以提升，但是只能打造30级以下的装备
