TD Ameritrade警惕中概股 部分禁止保证金交易
北京时间6月9日消息，美国线上股票代理商美国贸易控股公司(TD Ameritrade)本周三说，由于对中国概念股的欺诈和会计操守担忧日增，公司密切关注中国概念股公司。
就在昨天，美国最大的非银行券商盈透证券（Interactive Brokers）于本周一起，禁止客户以保证金方式购买部分在美上市的中国公司股票（Margin Trade）。
在周三的交易中，盈透证券列出的中国概念股许多大跌。不过一些知名度高的大公司并不在名单上，如人人网，尽管它也下跌了。周三人人网下跌了11.7%。
上周，研究者质疑加拿大嘉汉林业（Sino-Forest），认为它存在欺诈，后嘉汉林业股价大跌，这也引发了投资者的担心。
Citron咨询运营者安德鲁·李夫（Andrew Left）说：“所有这些企业都很危险，这可能是要做的对投资者负责的事，"听着，你可以买，没问题，只是不能按保证金来买"。”因为，如果券商向投资者提供借贷，而股票下跌过快甚至退市，券商就会面临亏钱风险。
西雅图Fleckenstein资本弗莱肯斯坦(Bill Fleckenstein)说：“这些中国概念股有点丑闻，这是事实，加上一点负面新闻，它就加剧了抛售。”
对于在美国上市的中国公司，美国贸易控股公司(TD Ameritrade)并没有制定新的交易规则。公司新闻发言人Kim Hillyer说：“为了客户的利益，如果我们觉得有必要做出改变，我们就会改变。”
富国银行(Wells Fargo)新闻发言人则说，“许多这类中国公司”都在富国银行的“特殊状态”名单上，这类企业的保证金交易要么限制，要么禁止。
瑞银美洲财富管理公司(UBS Wealth Management Americas)新闻发言人拜恩（Karina Byrne）说，公司没有改变政策。她说：“你所提到的中国股票因为数量和市值原因，它们在瑞银没有借贷价值。”
安德鲁·李夫说：“问题是"券商能做些什么，以保证不让人们担忧，全面应对是好事。
