& & 新年要有新气象，日前在某宝逛哒，发现12款方向盘亮片已有家做出来了，哈哈，提车时就口水这玩儿意，等大半年了，终于出来了，订购了一套，59包邮，同时订了套全包幅的手缝皮套，美化我的方向盘
& & 手能与车子交流互动的就那么几样，方向盘，档位，手刹，方向盘得一直握着，整整还是有必要的嘛

& & 皮套到货，是真皮，有点味道，稍硬，一般出厂的东西都这样。带了个擦车毛毛虫手套。& &
& & 这里要说安装心得了，新到的皮套要稍加工下，直接安装的话很费劲，1是皮子硬，无弹性，包裹性不好，缝起时拉紧线很费事，影响安装效果，2是味道很大，有的车行师傅说晒晒就好了，我却不以为然。自己用的，自己装肯定要做的尽量完美
& & 1找个脸盆，烧壶开水，皮套的内面向外（毛的那面）铺在盆里，用开水浇下，泡一会，毛面会有白色泡沫泛起，是胶还是什么化工原料么，泡几分钟，一是洗掉皮套的残胶和皮渣，二是洗掉染皮的浮色，三是热水可以软化皮子
& & 2再冲洗第二遍，两遍后皮套就比较干净了，并且非常柔软，弹性很好，可以撑撑看，找条干毛巾和一把面巾纸，尽量吸干水分。吸干后潮潮的时候上车安装，装好晒晒就全干了。这时安装的好处是皮子很柔软弹性好，容易定位调整。

定位顺序如图，1、先定位盘辐，2、再皮接口位，3、再定盘条位，拉紧皮套贴合在方向盘上，4、新款方向盘这里有个突起，包好皮套发现皮子多出来了，这里要剪裁掉大概2毫米左右，不然缝线后很难看，不服帖
& & 再黏贴双面胶在1和3的位置，固定皮套，4的位置不要贴双面胶了，是经验，贴了缝起不好调整位置，不好拉平皱纹，我贴了后缝起不行又拆了撕掉，再缝的
& & 然后穿针引线，开始缝，这个人人会，不说了，缝好后就是盘辐哪里塞边了，网上教程说用卡片塞，个人觉得不好用，方向盘幅比其他车复杂，全包覆皮套也是最贵的一种，大家可以看看XJ的，有木有？
& & 要塞好边很不容易

盘辐后饰板还是拆下来的好，盘辐的包皮我也用线缝在盘辐上，省去很多麻烦，不这样的话你会发现刚塞好这边那边又脱出来了，再塞好那边这边又滑出来了，重复。。。。。。缝住后扣上饰板就压住了，力求包裹服帖，装回后饰板和新的亮片，缝隙处再用指甲掐着往里再塞进去点，这才服服帖帖的了

这两个突起类似椭圆球体，皮套包裹始终不服帖，剪裁后又拉扯又捏吧，终于把几个大皱纹弄掉，最后还是有点皱纹，不过看的过去了

整体效果，还是不错的，抓起手感不错，心里感觉也不错，咩嘿嘿嘿
& & 这里注意！最后的步骤很重要，皮套是泡过开水的，半天后摸摸差不多干了，要保养下皮子，不然全干了会裂口的吧，我用的是白色的鞋油，匀匀涂了一层，过会一摸，吸收的还真快，手感好的多了，等3天后再涂一层，废了好大劲装上，我可不想他干裂开口
& & 塞边，宁螺丝时候，身体要保持在很特殊的位置和角度，很累，尤其塞边那个费事，缝线的时候错了就要拆了重缝，比改音响闹心多了。真心不想再装第二次了
& & 费油，方向要不停的拧来拧去，不发着拧不动，发了熄，发了熄，装好了看掉了一格的油，肉痛啊
