就笔者阅读所及,这恐怕是美国总统的演辞在神州大地上被引用最多的一句。如果要选美国总统演讲金句,恐怕非它莫属。
然而,许多它的神州引用者可能不清楚,这是肯尼迪发表于冷战时期的具有强烈意识形态色彩的一篇演辞;紧接着广为称引的上面那句话,他说了另一句话:“全世界的公民伙伴们,不要问美国能为你们做些什么,而要问我们在一起能为人类的自由做些什么。(My

说实话,我能够理解一切处于强势地位的人对此金句的钟爱——他们可以根据需要在“不要问……而要问……”的句式中填上自己喜欢的任何内容,不要问政府不要问公司不要问家不要问领导不要问老板不要问长辈你要做的只是问你自己;但那些处于社会底层,本身问的权力问的机会问的能力就极度匮乏的人们也痴迷于这样的表述,我总怀疑他们脑袋有问题。
随着柏林墙的倒塌,冷战的结束,回望当初美苏争霸的血雨腥风,不知今夕何夕,油然浮上心头竟是苏东坡的诗句:“回首向来萧瑟处,归去,也无风雨也无晴。”
从语言修辞的角度看,由于巧妙地运用回环修辞格,演辞中睿智精辟而给人留下深刻的印象句子俯拾即是:
“只要团结,我们将所向披靡;倘若分裂,则将一事无成。(United there is
little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided
there is little we can do)”

梦回非洲 情洒卢旺达——记内蒙古乌兰察布市中心医院援非医生田惜光

从上世纪60年代开始,党和国家领导人从我国战略发展高度出发,开启了对第三世界国家医疗援助的大门(指发展中国家及低度开发国家,以非洲多数国家为代表),而位于非洲的卢旺达就是被援助的国家之一。
1982年,内蒙古自治区首次组建援外医疗团队,远赴非洲卢旺达共和国基本古医院开展救死扶伤人道主义救援工作,30多年来,先后有16支医疗队伍抵达卢旺达工作。
本月初,乌兰察布市中心医院(以下简称中心医院)耳鼻喉科援非医生田惜光回国探亲,记者获悉随即前往采访,听他讲述了一名中国医务工作者在异国他乡鲜为人知的。
克服困难 治病救人
位于非洲中部和东部的卢旺达是一个重峰叠嶂、四季温暖的国家,山峰从北到南横跨整个国家,被形象的誉为&千丘国&。这样一个经济和医疗条件相对落后的国家,其老百姓时常被疾病所威胁。
多年来,中国援非医疗队始终发扬救死扶伤的人道主义精神,克服语言、气候、生活等诸多困难,与当地医务人员密切合作,为非洲人民提供了不可缺少的医疗服务。
2013年10月,载着田惜光医生和中心医院其他三名医护人员的国际航班远渡重洋,飞向了神秘未知的非洲大陆。&飞机飞行了10多个小时才到达埃塞俄比亚,当飞机要落地的时候,从上空中俯看卢旺达,其实比想象中要好。在我眼里,非洲大陆象征着美丽和神秘。&田惜光医生回忆说。
然而,现实和理想总是有着巨大差异,面对当地极其简陋的医疗设备和条件,队员们苦中作乐编了一段儿顺口溜:&穿衣一块布、吃饭靠上树、生活靠援助。&在如此恶劣的条件下,田惜光克服了种种难以想象的困难,攻克了一个又一个医疗技术难关。
&当我们亲身走进基本古医院,给人第一感觉就是医疗卫生条件特别的差,那里的医院虽说也是省级医院,但简陋的像是一个乡镇小卫生所,就连最简单的消毒酒精都很缺乏,我这才感受到了这个地方真的很需要我们。这次中心医院派医生去医疗援助,是在当地医院第一次组建耳鼻喉科室,既然组建了这个科室,就得起到作用,一些大的医疗设备通过和当地卫生部协商他们给解决了一些,小的设备,就需要我们自己动手去想办法了,比如鼻腔有异物的患者,没有设备,我就把曲别针利用起来给患者处理。包括布置科室墙上的宣传画都是我在中国提前买好带去的。&说起援外工作的环境,田惜光滔滔不绝地给记者讲述着。
在田惜光的努力下,基本古医院里的耳鼻喉科室逐渐发展起来。&印象最深的一次是有一个黑人病人来医院的时候,鼻子像是被炸开了花,是因为汽车轮胎爆炸把鼻子炸的粉碎了,我像绣花一样的给他缝了4个小时,成功的把他的鼻子复原了,他康复之后还专门让翻译转达对我的感谢。&田惜光对记者说。
苦中作乐 梦呓乡语
因为卢旺达年平均气温都在20℃以上,所以没有春夏秋冬之分,只有雨季和旱季,但每年大多时候都是旱季,地下水相对缺少。&援外医生住的条件相对来说还挺好的,我们和当地的居民一样都是喝雨水,刚去的时候特别适应不了,浑浊的水怎么都咽不下去,炎热的天气屋子里也没有空调,走到哪都是与蚊共舞,说艰苦真的是挺艰苦的,可谁让咱是救死扶伤的医生呢?&田惜光笑着对记者说。
&刚去的第二个月,我的两条腿被跳蚤咬的全是疙瘩,有时候即使生病了,但是只要有急诊就马上去工作。有坚持不住的时候就自己对自己说,说小了自己是代表中心医院去的,说大了我是代表祖国去的,习主席说中国医疗队起的是民间大使的作用,把中国人民的友好带过去,传递中非人民间的友谊。&田惜光脸上露出了一丝的骄傲。
初到非洲,正是卢旺达的旱季,蔬菜瓜果很少,医疗队的队员们不适应当地的饮食,不会苦中作乐是不行的,队员们就在驻地的后院开垦了一片荒地,种植瓜果蔬菜,还养了几只小白兔,田惜光笑着说:&除了看病,种菜养小动物就成了我的第二职业了。&
说到去非洲工作有什么遗憾? &去年儿子结婚,我在非洲,作为父亲没办法参加儿子的婚礼,这件事儿我一直觉得挺愧疚的,看!这个是我的小孙子,长得多漂亮。&田惜光拿着小孙子的照片眼里流露着爱意。
梦回非洲&情洒卢旺达
32年来,自治区医疗队的队员们和卢旺达人民结下了深厚的友谊,许多卢旺达百姓在接触中国援外医疗队的过程中,亲身感受到中国医生的无私奉献精神、高尚的医德医风和精湛的医疗技术,从而认识了中国并对中国人民产生了深厚的感情。
从离开祖国的那一刻起,田惜光就把中国人的使命感和祖国的重任铭记在心。&非洲人民对中国人非常友好,我的非洲同事和朋友经常会邀请我参加他们的传统婚礼,所以能代表中国为非洲的老百姓治病是件很有意义的事儿。&田惜光对记者说。
中国医生战胜困难的毅力和敬业精神给非洲人民留下了深刻印象。一批批中国援外医疗队员以辛勤的劳动、精湛的医术和无私服务赢得了非洲人民的尊敬和爱戴,被该国政府和人民誉为&白衣使者&和&最受欢迎的人。&
田惜光在结束短暂的探亲假之后,10月底将启程返回卢旺达,继续下一年的援外医疗工作,或许是非洲五彩斑斓的热带生活感染了他。对于家人,他感觉亏欠了很多;作为中国人,他感到很自豪;而对于卢旺达的百姓,他用精湛的医术传递着中非两国人民的深厚友情。
