　　一句话来描述《Tactical Intervention》，就是在熟悉的基础上打造的新鲜。Minh le使用熟悉的Source引擎再次体现了恐怖分子和反恐精英之间的现代战争。这就是熟悉。再此基础上大幅强化人工智能的警犬和NPC（人质），还有交通工具。这是为了体现更多的战略&战术。这便是新鲜。

　　游戏画面在现实为基础的情况下，尽量防止所需配置变得过高。游戏中，地图和武器设计以现实为基础打造，枪以进一步提高《》的写实感和打击感为重点。

　　游戏策划以极大化战略和组队为目标。根据回合数、队伍的胜败发放金钱，用赚来的钱购买武器的系统和《》相似。不同的是可从直升机上进入到建筑物，还可以在直升机或船上射击。并且也可以驾驶这些交通工具。
