详细图解一起使用360和QQ方法，完美兼容（菜鸟看图操作） 作者:

1，首先先打开C盘找到Documents and Settings 这个文件夹然后打开
2，然后打开Administrator这个文件夹
3.然后打开A lication Data这个文件夹
4，然后打开Tencent文件夹
5.然后看在打开qq文件夹
6，然后qq文件夹里有很多个文件夹 找到SafeBase这个文件夹然后右键属性安全 然后把所有的全都拒绝掉 这样就OK了
如有不懂的可以配合“株洲混混”兄弟放帖子
首先先打开C盘找到Documents and Settings 这个文件夹然后打开
然后打开Administrator这个文件夹
然后打开A lication Data这个文件夹
然后打开Tencent文件夹
然后看在打开qq文件夹
然后qq文件夹里有很多个文件夹 找到SafeBase这个文件夹然后右键属性安全 然后把所有的全都拒绝掉 这样就OK了 ...
如果没有安全选项的请打开我的电脑最上面那栏的工具点开选择文件夹选项
然后点查看把使用简单共享前面的勾去掉这样就有安全选项了

QQ、360冲突解决方案 软件完美兼容
原理很简单，禁止QQ安全组件的运行。
XP系统，在C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\A lication Data\Tencent\QQ下，把SafeBase这个文件夹的权限设置为完全拒绝
如何设置拒绝，其实很简单。
鼠标右键-属性-安全控制-拒绝勾选。

qq出现强退的时候 对着电脑右下小企鹅 点离线 再上线 那个提示框就没有了 再对着右下小企鹅 点锁定qq 再解开qq 就不会被强退骚扰了

可是我三六零和QQ都可以用，就是卸载了扣扣。
只是朋友太多都用QQ，也用QQ联系。不然早卸了QQ了。

不用这么麻烦吧？我的QQ聊谈还可以正常使用，就是使用360浏览器时 不能进入QQ空间了（偷菜用的，呵呵），换个浏览器（IE浏览器）就可以QQ空间了。
我个人认为（仅仅代表个人意见）
腾讯这次玩的有点过了，在我眼里腾讯就是聊天、偷菜，这个真的可以不用了。
我在电脑上还有其他操作 如：股票的***、网上购物、网银的使用等、还经常看一些（你懂的）电影图片啥的，哈哈。所以电脑系统安全很重要，我不想经常重装系统，360正好是保护我的电脑整个系统安全和运行速度的，所以腾讯让我卸载360，我绝不卸载，绝不！

360驳斥腾讯有关扣扣保镖的谣言
在国家相关部门的强力干预下，目前QQ和360软件已经实现了完全兼容。
扣扣保镖是360公司推出的一款安全辅助工具扣扣保镖。这款软件可以全面保护QQ用户的安全，包括防止隐私泄漏、防止木马盗取QQ帐号以及给QQ加速等功能。360扣扣保镖默认不修改QQ任何设置，所有功能都必须由用户主动选择触发，并可随时启用和恢复。
扣扣保镖的推出深受网民欢迎，能为用户创造价值。然而，由于腾讯公司悍然宣布QQ和360软件不兼容，这款安全工具反而为用户造成了困扰。因此，360决定召回360扣扣保镖。
然而，在11月4日上午举行的新闻发布会，腾讯公司对360扣扣保镖进行了多项不实的指责。如果不加以澄清，这种不实之辞极易误导广大用户。
360扣扣保镖根本不存在腾讯公司所捏造的“后门”程序，更不存在侵犯用户隐私的软件行为。腾讯公司的指责根本站不住脚，是彻头彻尾的谎言。
因此，360公司认为有责任向广大用户说明真相，还扣扣保镖一个清白。
1、腾讯公司称根据“国家权威中心”出具的报告，扣扣保镖可以轻易造成大面积用户掉线。
360扣扣保镖在被召回前有上千万用户，但360安全中心并没有收到任何用户反馈，声称因为使用扣扣保镖而造成QQ掉线的情况。所谓扣扣保镖轻易造成大面积用户掉线，是腾讯公司对这款安全工具的诬蔑。
2、腾讯公司声称扣扣保镖令用户备份自己的好友列表、信息，其后可以通过服务器全部转到360的云端服务器。
目前，QQ是遭受木马攻击最多的软件。一旦QQ程序被感染，不光QQ帐号面临威胁，整个系统也会处于高风险之中。
扣扣保镖提供的QQ备份功能，是安全软件的通行做法，所备份的文件都是保存在本地，而且仅仅是exe、dll等可执行程序文件。备份文件绝对不涉及QQ用户的好友列表和聊天记录等个人数据。
同时，扣扣保镖把备份过程完全明示给用户，用户主动点击“备份”按钮才会开始备份，而不是像QQ偷偷扫描
一样在后台进行，更不可能上传用户信息到360服务器。
3、腾讯公司称，扣扣保镖可以下载补丁，实现用360
接管QQ链接，或者是从后台下达指令，就让QQ无法运行QQ
腾讯公司反复用“可能”、“可以”这样模糊的说法，抹黑360扣扣保镖。换个角度来说，QQ软件也可以下载补丁，这是否意味着QQ预设了后门，随时盗取用户的银行帐号和密码、随时上传用户硬盘中的隐私照片？
360公司一直致力于保护用户安全，正是由于360的安全产品切实有效地维护了用户的利益，才会受到90%以上个人电脑用户的欢迎。自从腾讯公司宣布在装有360软件的电脑上停止运行QQ，网民声讨腾讯公司的声浪越来越高。究竟谁尊重用户权益，谁伤害用户权益，结果一目了然。
4、腾讯公司称，通过“后门”直接破坏QQ的自我升级能力，对QQ造成根本性破坏。
360扣扣保镖提供了阻止QQ扫描硬盘、保护QQ安全、为QQ加速等系列功能，深受网民欢迎，所有功能也均是由用户设置后才会生效，根本不存在“直接破坏QQ自我升级能力”的情况。
QQ依靠即时通讯工具的粘性，一直不顾用户感受，强迫用户***升级补丁、否则就不让QQ登陆。360扣扣保镖提供了禁用QQ自动更新的功能，由需要的用户选择使用，何来破坏之说。
5、腾讯公司称，用户上QQ必须经过扣扣保镖的“搜身”，泄露了用户信息用户也不会知情。
这纯粹是腾讯公司的诬蔑。根据我国法律，扣扣保镖是一款合法软件，也不存在任何所谓“后门”。目前恶意攻击360的造谣，我们已经进行了证据保全，并保留追究法律责任的权利。早在11月2日，扣扣保镖已将源代码托管给中国信息安全测评中心，主动接受社会监督。安全、透明、绿色，是360任何产品的共同特征。
