Job duties:
To provide high standard voice authorization service to merchants with HSBC POS i talled and deliver solutio to merchants regarding POS operation and card acceptance. Acting as a merchant service hotline agent.
To maintain and monitor authorization system performance, e ure its co ectivity and stability.
To provide nece ary su ort to other card operation/sales team in card center such as report downloading, printing, merchant advice distribution and POS terminal maintenance.
To work with merchant risk team for su icious fraud activities monitoring.
Job requirements:
College degree or above, experience in merchant acquiring (Authorization Room) is preferable.
Good communication skills with a pleasant sounding voice
Fluent oken English and mandarin
Logical thinking and good presentation
Basic PC knowledge
Willingne to turn the day and night shift on regular basis
