完整***步骤~
首先BT下载後会有两个档案，分别是 dvd1 &am dvd2
如果是重装的，记得同时删除 Rockstar Games Social Club
以及删除资料夹 C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games 才重装
利用DAEMON等虚拟软件载入 dvd1，这时会出现一个乱码视窗，
按左边的按钮便会*** Rockstar Games Social Club，
***完成後便会再***GTA4主程式，主程式***完成後。
然後下载下面的100%完美破解LaunchGTAIV (26KB补丁)，解压後将LaunchGTAIV.exe档案复制到***目录并取代，
双按桌面的 "Rockstar Games Social Club"，不要登记，按 skip login 再缩小到右下 (必要)
直接点桌面的 "Grand Theft Auto IV"，便会开了一个ms-dos黑色视窗出来 ，
稍等一回，就会弹出 "Rockstar Games Social Club" 主画面，
再按左下的 play 就可以进入游戏了。
另外想正常储存的话步骤如下﹕
进入游戏後在主选单按 H ，便会出现 game for windows live，
请注册自己的profile，再按 offline login (必要) ，
这样以後再进入游戏便会自动登入，如下图﹕

1. 先开 Rockstar Games Social Club，并且在右下备用状态，再按 "OfflineActivation.exe"，出现错误视窗後，再按桌面的主程式捷径，
再按play。

最後﹕这个补丁有些人有效，有些人仍然会晃，仍然晃的话可以试试100%完美破解LaunchGTAIV (26KB补丁) 。

解决办法：如果是光碟零售版，下列命令行语法可能对你有用：
路径|文件名|-width 1280 -height 1024 -shadowde ity 0 -viewdistance 10 -texturequality 0 -renderquality 0 -detailquality 10 -nomemrestrict
width和height参数指定画面分辨率（默认为800x600）
shadowde ity指定阴影密度（0-16可选）
viewdistance指定可见范围（0-99可选）
texturequality指定纹理质量（0-99可选）
renderquality指定渲染质量（0-4可选）
detailquality指定细节质量（0-99可选）
nomemrestrict去除内存限制
此外，其它可用命令如下：
-benchmark 启动性能测试
-help 列出所有命令行选项
-fullscreen 强制全屏
-windowed 强制窗口模式
-safemode 以最低画面要求运行游戏

1. 右踺点击LaunchGTAIV.exe，发送快捷方式到桌面。

以上是我的配置 E4700 + 2G ram + 8600GT 256RAM 出来的效果图，
不知道大家有没有看到，如果跟我的配置差不多，但画面质素可能是我比较优，
主要原因就是驱动及游戏内设定及显示卡设定而定的，再下来我会讲解一下设定方面。
再来就是卡的问题，就算配置差也能玩得顺畅及不卡的，是有一点秘诀：
首先有玩过CS1.6的人也知道，要令f 提升或更顺畅，必定要关闭垂直同步的，
然後就是根据自己的显示卡来设定了，再配合Game Setting就能顺畅而且不会卡了。

游戏设定内的要求，配合以上的设定就能顺畅的玩了
首先要清楚你显卡的内存是多少，256及512的我还是建议 texture quality用回 low (除非512是用 video mode 800*600)，
768或1024的就是 texture 中或高了。
要注意一下在2560*1600的video mode下，游戏需要增加320MB显存，800*600的情况下需要增加32MB的显存，
在view distance 选项为21下，texture若调成high则要增加600MB显存，何想而之要玩高效果一般都是显存768以上的，
Render Quality 就是渲染质量，所有环境的渲染质量的纹理过滤质量，如果在设置高点就会超越游戏版的画质。
View Distance 就是调整视野范围，能看见世界范围更多的东西，比如那些建筑物和车辆。调高此项会增加载入的物体数量并增加内存消耗。建议这项调整到22就行了。
Detail Distance 就是细节范围，会补充前一项View Distance的物体，类似那些树木植被树叶及其他可移动的物体。建议这项调整到10就行了。调整这项会稍微带来内存需求的提升。
Vehicle Distance 就是车辆密度，会关乎到游戏内的车况密度。这个选项不会影响到你执行游戏任务的难度，但会带来CPU使用量的增加。
Shadow Distance 就是影子密度，会调整外部环境的生成影子数量。调高此项会大大提高到CPU及GPU的负荷量。
总括而言，首先要更新最新的驱动，再在显示卡设定上入手(上面有说)，再来就是游戏设定，
影响Resourece Usage分数的只有 video mode 及 texture quality 及 view distance，其他就是CPU使用量及记忆体了，
若发现CPU处於high loading或出现走路卡的情况，请调低一点 Render Quality/View Distance/Shadow Distance，
如果调得好可以让你增加更多的 View Distance，就算Resourece Usage已经不能再增加也可以。(可以看上图)
还有一点，某些程序的后台进程不利于你玩GTA4。特别是你的电脑还在贫困线的配置，如果你想最大化游戏速度，玩家就必须确定他们关掉他们的病毒扫描程式（尤其是on-acce 实时模式扫描的)。
